I ordered a mystery box for Xmas. I got Emmelie on phone and by email and she was very nice with me.

I still haven’t received my items a month and a half after they were needed. I got no information on terms of tracking and received no communication as to any late delivery. Hopefully the quality of the material makes up for the poor customer service.
