I haven't used it (it's for EMERGENCIES) nor do I have a clue how to, so there's no point to a review. Instructions would have been helpful, to say the least.

Comforting to have when you live in the Charleston, SC Lowcountry with Water, Water everywhere. Every neighborhood has its own drainage holding pond for heavy rain. Placed one in each Saab center console.
