Wrong product,sent back 1 week ago, can't get a response!! ??????

This is the forth vehicle I have installed these on. My first was years ago and they are still going strong. They look like they have been professionally reupholstered. They are the only seat covers that don't make me sweat on long drives. Easy to install. I highly recommend them. I have bought for 2023 Mercedes Sprinter, Dodge Grand Caravan, Crown Victoria and Toyota Camry. All fit perfectly.

Great experience with purchasing to the delivery. Product was delivered ahead of schedule time. Very pleased with the construction and materials used. Watch the video for installation and take your time while installing. Covers fit over seats perfectly.

The process was straightforward and simple. Unfortunately, I did not notice that my prior address had been used for the ship to address. I was able to send a note and get that corrected with confirmation of the correction. I am very pleased with that.

The seat covers don't fit any of my 3 vehicles and the material is heavy, uncomfortable and draws heat. I am working to return them since they don't suit my needs at all. On a positive note, they were promptly sent after ordering. Awaiting their response as to how I can return for a refund.

I had a few questions and whoever helped me. Was very thoughtful and thorough in telling me what to do.

Customer service was great and helpful. I had forgot to mention I need car seat cut outs. Called them and they got everything updated in no time.

The product came in a timely manner. We ordered covers for both front seats and rear. The rear cover is missing part of the strap used to secure the cover. There are 5 straps on one side but only 4 straps on the connecting side so the middle of the seat cover is not as tight as it should be.

Wonderful customer. Anytime I had a question or concern Lani responded quickly and was happy to assist me. The covers are amazing quality and fit perfectly. We love them. Worth every penny.

Arrived in good time and just put them on except for the console it’s a little bit different but everything else went good and they are very nice and well made fit very nice would recommend them to anyone

Website easy to use, everything good except the canvas seats were listed as water resistant but when I spoke to a chat sales reps, he said they were water proof, even after washing. I wasn't sure what to trust so ordered a different seat material.
