Will reschedule your event for whenever, no refund

Aaron Lewis and the Stateliners tickets bought.
They sent me a message that they rescheduled my event and the new date is TBD... I already booked a hotel to the area and have other things lined up. The best they said I can do is sell my tickets but when I try they state not available for resale. Seatgeek is the ultimate roll the dice, you are way better off trying to buy at the gate.

If I could give 0 stars I would

If I could give 0 stars I would. My daughter was so looking forward to going to the BTS concert she purchased 5 tickets. They got canceled through no fault of her own. No refund no tickets and she is devastated. Tried calling multiple times nobody even answers the phone. I don't know how influences promote them. I hope you are happy with the extra $1000 you made after crushing someone's dreams.

Be very careful when buying tickets…

Be very careful when buying tickets with these guys. My 3 tickets cost $2590. I was led to believe I had to buy presale. Or like Pearl Jam in ATL, I would not have tickets for Rush in Cleveland. After realizing I really could not travel to Ohio for the concert, no worries. I paid for it, I can sell it. Right? Wrong. First. The tickets are only worth $325 each at most. Second, Seatgeek says my tickets cannot be sold! WTH!! They say, sorry, out of our control. Be careful. Never fall for presale or SG. Just wait til a few days before event. If you cannot go, so be it. Buyer beware!

Price gouging and no tickets till the day before show - can't sell

First of all, SeatGeek seems to price gouge. I bought these tickets at almost twice the price of the venue's tickets (I should've shopped around more). I bought the tickets more than a month in advance. A week later I found out I couldn't go yet it shows I won't have the tickets till the day before the show, so I can't sell them until maybe the day before, and can't get a refund. Overall it seems like this company is great at price gouging and taking advantage of free money when people have life happen and can't attend a show.
Will do my best to avoid this company in the future.

It was a horrible experience if…

It was a horrible experience if possible never use them to get your tickets… Me and my husband had bought monster jam tickets for my 4 and 5 year old birthday present and I had had multiple calls within the days leading up to the event and multiple emails and chat messages to help because my tickets was not available we had to drive to the event that was 3 hours away and we called 3 times the day of event and they had retransfer requested our tickets 2 times and was never showing we got into the event and our tickets was not there with less than hour to the show started…. We had the event staff to assist us and they was not able to locate our tickets we had 2 very upset kids along with us we had to purchase another set of tickets to be able to get into the events and not ruin our kids birthday presents. Once we was finally inside the stadium with the new tickets that we had purchased with 20 min to show starting out original tickets showed up… we called seatgeek related to this issue and they refused to refund us along with we had requested a refund the morning of our event and was told we had to wait until the event started and we did not have the tickets explain the same situation to them and they had said we had to wait… what a horrible and cruel experience to tempt 2 small kids with there birthday present right there and not be able to get into to see them…

I’ve used SeatGeek to resell tickets

I’ve used SeatGeek to resell tickets, and overall the experience has been frustrating.

First, the payout process takes far too long. After selling tickets, you’re left waiting much longer than expected to actually receive your money, which is inconvenient and disappointing.

Second, the amount of personal information required feels excessive. Providing that much sensitive data online raises real concerns about privacy and potential identity theft, especially for a ticket resale platform.

Lastly, the pricing structure feels unfair to sellers. The offers you receive for your tickets are often very low, yet those same tickets are resold at a much higher price. It creates the impression that sellers are taking the loss while the platform profits significantly.

While the platform is functional, these issues make it hard to fully trust or recommend.

Could not edit reservation date or cancel

On April 14, I used SeatGeek for a parking reservation at State Farm Arena Glendale, Arizona for an event concert. The intention was to arrive and use the parking reservation on the same day (April 14th). Soon after (10 minutes later) I made the reservation payment, I realized the reservation was made for the next day (April 15th). I understand that I was inattentive which caused this error. My disappointment is that I was blocked from editing the reservation date, and was not allowed to cancel the reservation. And no live customer support was available to help me make a change (no 1-800- phone number can be found).

Later, April 16th, I received a survey email from SeatGeek which I filled in with the description of my experience. Again, I understand that I made the mistake... all that ended up being is, I am down now $41 for a parking reservation I did not use.

It will be a cold day in Hawaii before…

It will be a cold day in Hawaii before I ever ordered tickets tickets again from stupid SeatGeek. Supposedly, I was going to be able to print my concert tickets (which had to printed from home, mind you!) 24 hours prior to the concert date to keep my tickets secure.
Well, I tried every way known to man to print MY tickets instead of the lady who had my 2 seats previously to no avail. After downloading the Eventbrite app, sending numerous emails, chatting w/ Mr Roboto where a rep was going to join my chat but never did, & calling SeatGeek & holding the line for over 20 minutes, I gave up. The next morning, the morning of the concert which is today, I called SeatGeek back & held the line for almost 30 minutes before Karla, the rep, came on the line. I explained the ordeal this whole mess had been of trying to print MY tickets. She asked for my order # which I promptly gave her. She then had the audacity to ask me if I had access to a printer which I assured her I did b/c that’s how I was able to print all the info I just read off to her! Then, I was put on hold again for another 5 minutes only for her to tell me that the barcode on my ticket/order info would be scanned at the door, & it wouldn’t be an issue! Duh! Grade earned by SeatGeek is a Big, Fat F! Buyer beware!
