We purchased four 42"x42" butcher block…

We purchased four 42"x42" butcher block tables and fourteen chairs from Seating Masters. Aside from taking five weeks to ship with minimal customer service care, the tables arrived with bases that cannot adequately support the tabletop size — the bases are stable on the floor, but the tops wobble noticeably.
We submitted videos documenting the wobble. The base isn't adequate to support a large top. Their response: assembly error. For a table.
And then six weeks after purchase, we received notice that the chairs had been discontinued — just an after-the-fact notification with no apology, just a recommended alternative chair.
Best to choose an alternative vendor.
