Bought two away tickets to PSG - Man City. Got the tickets on monday morning. 2,5 days before kickoff. No problem.

Don't try to buy a ticket for a game in Turkey unless you have been vetted - got Passo app, then you have to try to Passolig card (which is chargeable and is like some sort of photo ID) and it's very hard to get being non-Turkish. I even went to the ground before the game - ticket guy told me it was a scam.

The team was very helpful and kind. I think they are very confident on dealing with the issues until they overlooked to provide more assurance to us. But they were very honest….100%

Firstly , This review serves to be an objective evaluation of the service recived when buying tickets for a Turkish football game
the payment was for 3 top of the line tickets for a football game , as the payment was sent through i was shortly given instruction on how to claim said tickets , however there was no implicit mention of extra fees incurred in making a external account on a totally diffrent website to claim the tickets , furthermore instructions were very unclear as the two or three sites were very very similar and would be easily mixed up when processing your order , furthermore there site and data respoonse form for coordinating the redeeming of tickets literally didnt work , and I had to send my personal information directly through messages with no explicit TOS protection since this was the only way to recive my information for processing . even after this we had issues with the external site for claiming tickets and spent 6 hours over the phone to claim footbal tickets ive never had such a complicating and not working system even after paying such an extrobramant amount of extra fees , due to the fact that my data or something internal was wrong i not only had to pay for 3 accounts for 3 people and tickets i had to buy a fourth with no monetary refund just because a small detail was wrong which im sure could be easily fixed internally in the system, hwoever the reason this isnt one star is because in the end it worked its just the whole process getting to the end product was so aggravating .

Helped us out. The passolig system was fairly annoying but glad we were able to get our tickets on game day

I really doubt it that the ticket will be delivered but in the end I got help from the customer support regarding the account opening in the passolig site. The ticket has been transferred 5 hours before the game so I'm glad that I will be on the game.

Okan was amazing! He helped me and was so friendly when asking all of my questions. I don't speak Turkish and Okan even helped me via WhatsApp translating screenshots from the Passo app. Thank you so much Okan, you are great!

The timings between purchase and the personal handover of the tickets personally was quick and efficient.
