The store said they will replace the broken segment and still after 1 year, the technician came to EVALUATE THE DAMAGE, took the same pictures I sent them 1 year ago and said they have to order the parts, AFTER 1 YEAR !!!!

I bought the sofa in March and it was delivered end of June. It was delivered visibly broken in 3 places. I made a notification about this and the store said they will deliver a repair part. I was not available in August, so they rescheduled the repair delivery for end of Septemberm, but when the date came, the delivery company told me the store doesn't have the repair part, so they can't deliver. Again they sent me a rescheduled delivery on 08.11, but when the date came, the delivery was not made. Nobody called and no notification as of why or how. Now I am trying to get my repair delivery and they are still puching me around ''TRYING THEIR BEST TO SOLVE THE ISSUE'' I WOULD NEVER RECOMEND THIS STORE TO MY GREATEST ENEMY !!!

Old people, be careful or they will rip you off. My parents wanted to buy a leather seat. The salesperson offered them a leather seat. My parents gave a deposit, then it turned out at the cash register that the seat was made of fabric. The cashier allowed them to look for a suitable seat. She was reasonable. Again the salesperson gave incorrect information. He promoted a leather show model seat at the same price of 700 euros. At the cash register this again turned out to be incorrect information. Instead it cost 1000 euros. My parents were stunned. When they said something about it, the salesperson manipulated my parents by making them feel guilty, because the salesperson was afraid of his dismissal. I then thought, honesty lasts the longest, because now I will advise my friends against this shop.
Now they pretend to be kind. In the reply they ask us to contact them. We did do this. But we get no response back. Again lies, lies, lies. So be warned!!!

A great experience
I had a fantastic experience at the Seats and Sofas shop in Genk. The variety of sofas available was great, with plenty of options to suit different styles and needs. To better inform the customer what prices they will face before purchasing
I am very satisfied with the customer service.
It is not relevant that the prices are not stated. When you put together one of the pieces of furniture, you cannot imagine what the final price will cost.
I also find the exorbitant price of €250 for delivery to be grossly exaggerated.
I am very satisfied with the quality of the Rover 3 corner couch so far.
What it will bring in the future remains to be seen
