My only remark is that the price indication on the website is lower then the actual price in the shop and therefore not clear . Since we found what we were looking for , this did not become an issue .

Very bad experience
Very bad experience. I took longer then promised to deliver. Sofa arrived damaged and mechanisam was wrongly set up. We called to complained and they told us someone will call back. Nobody ever called back and we had to fix ourselves.

Good choice and all combo's are possible
There is a lot of choice in the store itself and besided that, one can order any combination one wants. The staff is friendly and helpful, although, here's a little remark for them. It would be fine if you good give a thorough explanation about how the folder you give people when entering is explained immediately. Since I didn't understand how it worked, I was about to leave the store without having seen anything and without a purchase of course.
After I asked for explanation, everything went well. I even bought a sofa.
All over, staff members are helpful and polite! I would come here again if I needed another seat or set of seats in the future.
