We were in search of a new sofa. The employers respected our demands. They offered help and when we wanted to look around alone they let us be :-). I told them when I had a question that i would call them. Really positive!!!

After we made out decision the we called the salesman and he helped us with our choice.

It’s a nice and friendly place. We were threatened like kings :-)

Can’t look forward to get my new sofa in July!!

Thieves and liars. Never again. First I bought a sofa for 1300 euros. That was November 12th 2021. The sofa broke not even lasting a month. Then, I contacted seats and Sofas Roeselare where I bought my sofa because I knew i had my 2 years guarantee. Then they sent me papers to sign and I paid 50 euros because they said they wanted to see what the problem was. I filled in a form after paying the 50 euros extra and I chose the option of them coming to my house to repair the sofa. Today, they have called me to tell me, to sent the sofa by my self to the factory. This will cost me roughly another 200 or 300 euros for transport. What the hell in God's name is this? This is theft. I bought a sofa. Horrible quality. Terrible people. It is just milking me and milking me financially. Seats and sofa Roeselare, you owe me an apology and you need to come and make my sofa. Why should I pay extra money for transport? Thieves. I wish I had gone to IKEA. Am so frustrated. And even the man on the phone from Roeselare hanged up on me while I was talking. Rude service. Seats and sofa I will not stop untill you repair my sofa. You stole from me. Sold for me a horrible sofa with poor quality. I paid 1300 euros. Sort this issue out. May you are used to stealing from other people but with me it will not suffice.

It's a bit early to rate my overall satisfaction as I did not yet receive the sofa. The accommodation and reception was very good, nice persons working in store and good advice (also receive coffee).The delivery time (10~14 WKs) seems too long but due to situation (shortage of goods supply, etc...) understandable. The fact that you need to collect the sofa by yourself should be better indicated and not only indicated at the end of the transaction (Is it OK if sofa should be collected in earlier stage?). Anyhow, fo rus no problem and thanks for the service. I hope that the sofa will be as good as in store and as promoted by sales person. Thanks, Dirk.
