I bought a sofa, so it was good!
Starting as I walked throught the door, got a friendly greeting and asked if I knew the concept. I said no, so he explained it to me in a short and clear way, very politely.
I started going around sitting in any sofa the interested me. From time to time the same salesman would come past and ask specific questions or making suggestions I'd be interested in.
In the end I was choosing between 2 sofa's. Ideally I'd go back home and come back after sleeping on it. But he helped me make that decision on the spot.
So I was very happy, he was not pushy and I got tall the time I wanted to sit around
