Quick and correct handling
Quick and correct handling, We had enough time to look around, in the meantime a sales person always checked whether we have questions or queries and where he could be of help. OK, it was a very "typical" sales person and you have immediately the impression that he "needs" to sell (kind of vehicle's sales person) but not annoying anyway !
Proposal for improvement : In this time of electronical devices it would be more helpful (and sorry to say - also professional) if the sales person would have a tablet or similar to show the combination requested right away on a photo and also with the cover tissue chosen (instead of a very simple drawing on a piece of paper). I am sure this still would help a lot for people to decide whether to buy or not !
