We had a great experience ordering our new sofa. The staff were friendly and helpful, and Aaron in particular guided us through the options and made the process much easier. Unlike many other shops nearby, we were able to communicate in English, which was really important for us in making our decision.

Awesome place, friendly people, everything was great.

We ordered a sofa yesterday in Hamburg, Germany.
We didn't expected anything, cause the website isn't good and the store looks a little bit....unconventional...
But we met a young lady working in that store, who was an absolute professional in helping us to choose the correct sofa for our needs. This was a perfect experience and made our day!

It’s one of the best in all perspectives, good deals and professional sales men especially Mr.Robinhood where he have helped me and made things much easier to choose with big smile and gratitude.

Never buy anything from this store. The boss is the most rudest and disrespectful person I have ever met. He doesn’t know how to talk to a customer, and makes false accusations. We have spent over many thousand euros and brought 2x 6 persons couch (which came with LOTS of damage) and also wanted to buy a relax sofa, because we wanted a complet set. First of all they promised it would arrive in June 2021, and then afterwards in September (the only excuse they of course used was “it’s corona”) but that’s bullshít. But we got a call in November that the relax sofa has arrived and when we asked if it could fit in a normal car, they said yes because it comes in pieces (they told us this, the day we ordered it and also the day it arrived). When it came and we wanted to get it we saw that this sofa also was damaged, and it was a fabricmistake so we took a picture to show them, because there was communication problem with the warehouse employees. The young lady at the desk was the only one out of all the employees who was actually nice and listened to us and understood what our point was, but the boss accused us of lying and began yelling at us and told us to go out of the store, just because we wanted to know why there was a fabric mistake. He continually said “Lady go out from her” lady this lady that, instead of talking to us like an actual human being. And when the young lady tried to explain to him, he just hushed her and began yelling even more. I’m gonna go further with this to my lawyer, and then we can take it from there. NEVER EVER BUY ANYTHING FROM HERE. They start of being nice and all that and once you fall in their trap, it goes downhill! They will rip you of your money and lie to you.
