The store experience was quite nice. The catalouges were slighlty confusing, but the staff was quick to help. The final sales person was frinedly and not very pushy for a sale. Some details were not very well communicated between themselves but it was quickly sorted out so no problem. The logistic partner they chose for delivery was also good and punctual.

We were very nervous about investing so much in a couch purchase but once we started having a chat with Store Manager Michelle in a few minutes we felt more comfortable and after some excellent customer service and enquiring as to what we want and need we felt very happy to purchase our couch at her store. She also has very well trained employees. We were greeted enthusiastically at the entrance and informed how the shopping experience works at Seats&Sofas. Even her employee at the register once we finished our purchase was very thorough and professional. We highly recommend her store. We had an awesome experience despite a non-functioning AC
Michelle was a multi tasking machine and very aware of our needs… So while we needed almost three hours to make our decision not only did she make aure we had water she also made sure her store was running and that all the other customers were getting that great customer experience. I feel that her professional conduct in allowing us this much time, space and freedom to reach the confidance levels required to make the purchase was very considerate and not something one often experiences in Brick Store retail. So over time we fell in love with the couch and are very happy to have made our purchase. Thanks again for everything.

The worst experience I ever had!!

Please never trust them and buy anything from them. In our contract it was mentioned that the sofa will be delivered within 6-8 weeks and now we are chasing behind them to get an accurate date of delivery.

We already tried contacting the mentioned mail id several times and we didn't even receive a single response from them.

No matter what you do, don't you ever buy from this store. They are bunch of charlatans. They talk too muvch and promise you the whole world but do not deliver. They have my money for over 7 months but do not deliver my furniture. Every time I call to follow up they give me next month, next month, next month.
It is the worst experince of my life to purchase anything in ithe world. Please, if you need furniture, go somewhere else, where you can count on their promise and get you furniture.

I am writing to express my disappointment regarding the handling of a warranty claim for our sofa, which is still under the valid warranty period.

Initially, the defect was wrongly rejected on the basis that the sofa was not under warranty. After providing the necessary proof that the warranty is still active, the claim was again dismissed—this time stating that the damage is not covered under warranty. This inconsistent and dismissive handling of the issue is both frustrating and unacceptable.

While I appreciate the efforts of some supportive customer service representatives, the overall experience has been deeply disappointing. As a result, I can confidently say that I will not be purchasing from Seats and Sofas in Munich again, nor would I recommend your company to others.

I hope you take this feedback seriously and work towards improving your after-sales support and warranty handling process.

It‘s almost 4 months and there is no action at all. They are not polite at all.. want my money back . Life‘s biggest mistake to purchase sofa from this worst site..

The saleswoman was very attentive and intuitive. She listened to what we were looking for (kid- and stain-resistant fabric) and showed us models which could use that fabric. When I looked hesitant about the couch my husband had selected, she gave us an offer on a different couch so that the one I wanted fit into our price range. I only take away 1 star because she was a bit misleading about the fabric we chose (it was synthetic leather, but she asked us to smell how it smelled like leather which was a bit misleading)

It was overall good experience for us, so far we have not recieved the sofa but the behaviour at store was very good
