Speedy delivery, great fabrics!

Items were a perfect replacement for the cam buckles I was looking for. It would be helpful to emphasize in the product description that the item size is defined by the webbing it is intended to accommodate. I was even able to pop the tongue out of one and pop it in to the old one so no sewing was required for the repair!

I did not appreciate another charge to my card without prior notice. I would have appreciated being contacted first and being told that since I ordered a fabric that should be rolled the price of shipping would be higher.
I also think that there should be no option for this fabric to be folded, the shipping price should reflect that at the outset.
Also customer service was a bit curt when I reached out to enquire about this. There was no greeting, or anything pleasant about the email I received.
I don't purchase from this company very much but, often enough. Normally everything is fine. This time it was off.

My order arrived quickly, packaged nicely, and what I ordered! Web site was easy to navigate and the sample pack I had previously ordered was a great help concerning what color I wanted to purchase. I purchased some of the lighter ripstop for making market bags for myself, also purchased the heavier in red to replace my mom's awning over her porch swing.

The descriptions were spot on and arrived within a week (<100 mi away) with an extra $10 rush fee. Materials were packaged well and measured true. I've been getting material from SF over the years and they always deliver

All of the samples arrived quick!! There was a nice variation of samples and there was even a description of each sample on the back. Thoroughly pleased with my order!!

Overall the selection is great. I just rated my experience as average all because between the processing fee and shipping I end up paying more for these than the items. I can't understand why shipping a few zipper pulls need to cost over $8 plus a $4 processing fee.

Noah was great and understanding. Although I didn't order online he was accommodating to my situation. He showed me all of the products that I needed while offering me alternative ideas for future projects. Thanks again, and give him a high five!
