Very very bad customer service

I sold a ticket concert on seatwave. I made a mistake and sold it twice. I then contacted their customer service explaining the situation, we found an agreement that I had to buy a new ticket for a customer so that the situation would be ok. I did it (which costs me a lot ) and since then they tell me that the buyer couldn't enter and charge me for penalties.
It was 8 months ago and still send me automatic messages and charge me fees despite their customer service told me everything was ok.

the fares are outrageous

Hi,
My feed back will be very simple.
I have buy 2 tickets 199 € each for this match, total 398€.
Real price of the ticket 48 £ each, total 96£
you charge extra commission 71.98 €
My place where located at the highest place in the staduim ... by chance we where right in the middle
The real cost for the 2 tickets sould have been 48£ x 2 = 96£ or 107€. I have pay 489,87 €, nearly 4 time the price !!!

How do you want me to be happy with that. I didn realize that at this price the place was so far from the ground. I though that the situation was suppose to be better, nearer.

I understand that it's difficult today for any events to find tickets ... but in these conditions it is theft !!!

I will never work again with you and I will not recommend your site to my friends

Lost the gig, lost the flight and no answer and all

Lost the gig, lost the flight and no answer and all.
I bought two tickets to attend Muse in Berlin through Seatwave (I'm from Spain, so I also bought plane tickets to get there). Once in Berlin, the 'allegedly secured transaction' failed. Ticket barcodes won't go at all so we didn't came into and no way, it was sold out. People at Tickets.de tried to help us and they just wrote us a 'Confirmation' which reads tickets numbers 4173524369305363 & 6400294369305958: 'The admission to the event has been denied due to the following reason: There is no existing incoming payment for this ticket code - has been rejected'. This way, the original seller (scamer) drew back his original tickets he bought once he sold the tickets through Seatwave.
And now, there's no way to contact Seatwave by any means... Trusted? Secure? Please, don't make me laugh...

It is impossible to get in touch through the FAQ page
The FAQ page is such a joke, there's no way to get in touch by e-mail or through a comment box. FAQ page is a waste of time and it keeps me going round and round through questions that won't resolve a FRAUD issue like mine.
Your answer is always 'Go to the FAQ', but the FAQ is useless once I've been scamed. Same reply from Facebook and Twitter, but no solutions at all. I guess you are not willing to solve any issue neither help your customers.

J'AI ETE PRELEVE DE 166€, PUIS, PLUS DE NOUVELLES DE LA PART DE SEATWAVE

Lors de la réservation pour le concert de Coldplay à Barcelone en janvier j’ai été prélevé par « seatwave London » 166€, mais je n’ai jamais reçu de ticket ! Pas de confirmation non plus !
Après 4 emails de relance, le 26 janvier, le 04 février, le 10 février et le 24 février je reste sans nouvelle de la part de seatwave!!!
Cela ressemble à une véritable arnaque !
