I had a vist with a nurse practioner…

I had a vist with a nurse practioner Lou at this place. This was the most rudest ignorant service i have ever experienced. I am 3/4 deaf and talk loud. I tried to explain to her that i could not make appointments on line with the new system and they never answer the phones. Anyways she got all pissed off and accused me of yelling at her and she felt threatened and cancelled the meeting. Even my wife tried to explain to explain to her that i was deaf but no way she did not want to listen it was her way or no way. This was the most unprofenal experience i have ever had in 67 years. This NP lou should not be dealing with patients with her attitude not even will to listen to the patient. I will warn my friends to stay away from her. She treated me like i was some kind of low life garbage. I will never go back there again. She needs to be reported to the college of doctors. This needs to be delt with right away
