Animal abuse!

It's horrible to see how quick people forget about the feelings of animals when there own boredom kicks in. This type of entertainment should be illegal is every country!!
We don't put people in small glass boxes and pay money to see them just because we like to look at them.
Everyone that is considering to visit any type of zoo or aquarium, please think again.

Absolutely disgusting humans.🤚

Absolutely disgusting humans. Wild animals should not b taken away from their family and used as an attraction jus to die 70 years before expected lifespan. Mutiple injuries and deaths to trainers, trainers that are being made to believe false facts and information making them delusional when wanting to care for them. First death should be a warning to everyone and close immediately and they are still using the whales as an attraction for our entertainment 😂😂😂😂 Sort yourselves out.

Please watch black fish b4 u go to sea world! Ppl that work there have been killed over the years! But on a different note there kept in cages underthe water in the dark when these whales are meant

Please watch black fish b4 u go to sea world they torture them by leaving the whales in small cages in the dark until they perform! They have killed ppl that worked at sea world many times & I believe it's because of there confinement & taking there babies away! Please please watch this documentary u will change your mind about sea world! Hopefully my review by them doesn't get taken down if it does there hiding wat this park is really about!

This is wrong and driving animal to insanity!!!!

Animals aren’t for peoples entertainment or amusement their living things. They belong in the ocean not in captivity for the sake of us to watch, it’s disgusting and inhuman!! Would you like to be trapped in a cage your entire life when you’re meant to be free? When I went the whales poor dorsal Finns were bent off them swimming around in circles there full life, only monsters would think this is okay. No wonder Tilikum acted out!! They drove him over the edge!! Sea world argue they build bonds with the animals and friendships but they are wrong, I’m positive if you’d been starved all day you’d do almost anything for food and that’s exactly what the animals do. Sea creatures are meant to have the whole sea to live in and sea world think it’s okay to keep them in minuscule cages. It’s disgusting. They prioritise money over animals health.

Worst place to go

Worst place to go. No customer service exist either email or phone. Irresponsible. Wasted my money. Did not have any dress code in their website. Went there but unable to use anything so left the place within 30 min. But they refuse to refund. Wasted my money and time. WILL NEVER EVER GO.

Nice park but needs improvement

Visit on 6/6/2021
This place is great to take your kids to see exceptional animals. That is except for today when it turned into a nightmare. It is 94 degrees with a heat index of 98 and the kids splash zone was closed!!!! No warning. Nothing on their app. Nothing on their website. There are no misting devices and the only place habitable is the penguin area.

The wait for food took a turn for the worst when they opened and informed patrons, who had lined up in a two line system, that only one side would be open. Thankfully I was one of the 1st in line but the poor people lined up behind me would have to wait twice as long. We paid $70 for 2 footlong hotdogs with fries, chicken tenders with fries and two refillable souvenir cups.

The park app is garbage. No mobile order. The map is not interactive so you are constantly trying to find out where you are. The signs in the park are too far in-between so you end up walking in circles. No way to find where the premier seating lines start. I was given 2 different directions by 2 separate workers to the orca viewing leaving us to decide which one was correct.

The rides looked fun when they were working but with no way for my small children to cool off we ended up cutting the day short and wasting our "fast passes".

The good:
Dolphin show, Dolphin viewing areas, orca viewing area and feeding the sea lions.

This day was suppose to be happy full…

This day was suppose to be happy full of fun. It was a disaster.
We paid for parking why don't they have shuttles?? By the time we walked a mile to the park I was out of breath and wheezing uncontolable. I'm on oxygen and it wasn't a pretty picture. No Maps we had to walk around for hours to find things.
Then we went to the Ocra show and paid $25.00 for two bags of doritos. No way are we going back here.
Suggestion!! Instead of charging $100.00 for preferred parking. They should give it to the handicapped people
who need it.
Sea world is so money hungry it makes me and a lot of others sick

We had decided to take our 2 1/2 year…

We had decided to take our 2 1/2 year old granddaughter to Seaworld today and were very excited as was she to go for the first time. I can’t believe how bad it has gone down hill. I have gone there many times over the years and today my husband and me were so disappointed
1. No maps at all. Try navigating a theme park without one. You would think as much as it costs each persons admission they could afford a map for each guest. The bar code to scan to find out schedules was not working. We wound up walking forever to find different events and had to go to each show to see their schedules. Not to mention trying to exit a park without a map
2 Found out after we were found the dolphin stadium that it was CLOSED. I had checked that morning nothing in their site reflected that It was the main reason we went as my granddaughter was so excited to see them perform
3 The bathrooms were filthy My husband went in one and the Urbana were overflowing and had trash all over the floor
4 Dirty masks were lying all over the place the pavers and concrete looked like it hadn’t been pressure washed in a long time
5 Designated smoking areas were not being observed People were smoking all over
6.We rode the train and I noticed the attendant didn’t fully make sure all seatbelts were clicked Two cars ahead of me I noticed the seatbelt dangling and hitting the train rails I was worried that it was going to get caught in a track and get caught. Very dangerous.
We were very much considering buying a season pass before we left. Absolutely not. You would think with Covid and how things need to be continually sanitized they would keep the park in the best of cleanliness. But not what I saw

This was the worst experience ever

This was the worst experience ever. We waited over 3 hours to even get in the park then went to the entrance and they scanned our tickets and said they were invalid. The date on the ticket was April 7, 2021 which was the day we were there and it was for the 3 of us. They did tell us to go to guest services where that also took 45 minutes. We had to call a number and then rebuy the tickets. We are still waiting on our refund from the original purchase. While in the park they hardly had any drink places open. My daughter just about passed out. We finally found some place to buy her something to drink but waited in line for about an hour for the drink while she’s dizzy and leaning on us. Sea world does not allow you to bring food or drinks in the park. We only got to see 2 shows because every time we tried to see a show it was full and we didn’t get to go on any ride because the ones we wanted to had about 2 hour waits. So we paid over $700 for 2 shows for the 3 of us. It was a total waste of money because we had to buy 2 sets of tickets which ended up costing over $700 for only 3 people and are waiting for the refund that we first purchased online since we also had to pay at the service desk again to get in.

Worst experience ever..

Worst experience ever... took us 3:46 minutes to get in to the parking garage! 3/20/21
After purchasing the all day dining and one day single use park passes for a family of four to enter the park after 3 PM to then have to wait an additional two hours and 45 minutes just to grab something to eat all because they were “short staffed”. Everything was soooo unorganized calling customer care was also horrible tried calling after 2 hours waiting to get into the parking to see if maybe possibly can get a refund or change the date ! because I wasn’t the only one complaining there was actually fights broken out in traffic Again trying to get into their parking garage due to their lack of employees attending the parking no officers no parking enforcement Ancho Until you pass their ticket gates even their guards said it’s never been as bad truly horrible my waiting time on the customer service line said 11 minute I waited over 44 minutes and just hung up I can go on and on but honestly I will never ever come back to this theme park it was the Worst experience ever and a true waste of money soooo Disappointed they suggested you purchase everything online to avoid long lines and hassles even parking was purchased ahead of time a specific reservation for a specific date was made do to help crowd control because of Covid blah blah blah blah blah all they did was take everybody’s money and put it in their pocket have a nice day everyone!

Don’t bother

We were in the line to get into the parking lot for over 2 hours (to go 1.2 miles). Was a mile away at 11:00am and made it to the parking lot at 1:24pm. There are cars coming from the left, right, and straight into the lot. Most of the time when the light turns green only 1 car makes it through. Once you turn in you choose one of 6 lanes to pay. Paid the $30 parking then all 6 lanes need to merge back into one. This results in a traffic jam of honking cars and really upset drivers. Scary. Once we parked and got in line it was about 2:30. There were at least 500 people in line for temperature and bag checks. Longest line I’ve ever seen. Wrapped down the length of parking lot 4 times. Then there was another line to hand in your tickets. They said they are Covid cautious. People were packed together. Craziest thing I ever seen. They wouldn’t allow a sick man in a wheelchair go ahead. My son has type 1 diabetes and line was going to be another 2 hours. He can’t wait 5 hours total to make it into a park. So we left. Waste of money and a day of our vacation. Never seen something so poorly run in my life.

The dolphins they have in their parks…

The dolphins they have in their parks were captured under horrific circumstances, wrenched from the sea in Taiji, Japan and shipped to their parks to swim in small concrete prisons. These sentient creatures swim many miles a day in the ocean and they have imprisoned them and taken away their lives. By keeping dolphins they are actively contributing to the Taiji hunts where many many dolphins are slaughtered each day. If you read this review people do take the time to Google Taiji hunts and see what your Seaworld ticket is doing!

Captivity, abuse and evil!

Captivity of large, beautiful and intelligent animals is absolutely disgusting and Inhumane. These animals are kept in dark, very small enclosures for 2/3rds of their entire shortened lives, all alone. Baring in mind these are highly intelligent, social mammals Trained with abusive and starvation techniques so that they perform. Perform in order for sea world to profit hundreds of millions each year..
Please wake up to the fact and realise the extreme abuse and cruelty which takes place at sea world. Do not let your kids grow up believing that the abuse of animals for entertainment purposes is acceptable, or for any reason is acceptable!!
Sea world claim they preserve and look after these animals. This is a complete lie. Sea world care about the billions of pounds they take from peoples pockets and nothing else. Please wake up to the fact that if you are paying money to visit this place then you are part of the problem, don’t ignore the cruelty because you want to have a nice day with family or friends or simply fascinated and want to learn more about these incredible animals, there are other HUMANE ways to go about this. There are also hundreds of other things you can do with you time and money which doesn’t involve the terrible abuse these animals go through. Do your own research. I visited sea world in 2013 completely oblivious to the horrible ordeals these animals endure with no knowledge on what sea world actually is and why they operate. After being there for 30 minutes I was fully aware that this place is just wrong on so many levels. Don’t be deceived.

I don’t even know where to start and…

I don’t even know where to start and how much money these people kept taking out my bank after I canceled the payments over COVID-19 I canceled my payments three times because they kept saying the last person didn’t do it right and when they went to go pull up the recording of when I called of course like every other company they don’t have the recordings do I recommend this place no did they help me at all retrieve any kind of money knowing I needed it absolutely not. They did nothing about it but tell me that I MIGHT get a refund within 30 days it’s been 60 days they stole about $400 from me. I used to actually take my kids here but now I will never step foot in a place like this again By the way it was a annual pass that I purchased that I was never ever able to use for this year I never even got to step foot into Sea World to activate it but they still want to head and charge me three times after I canceled the first time I had to close My bank account only because I felt like they were going to keep charging me Seaworld 2020 stealing money from people
