Very helpful to make all measurements correct, received glasses in the time limit they stated, the cost is considerably cheaper than the opticians, Will definitely use them again.

Not the best outcome with the glasses I bought. The fit was fine but the actual lenses and the vision left a lot to be desired. I wished I'd read the reviews before buying off them because I've seen others that have had the same issue. I asked for a refund because I wasn't happy but of course they refused. Please think twice before buying from them.

Following an initial delivery issue, the glasses are now with me.
Tha glasses appear of good quality and seem to be correct to my prescription at first wearing.
I shall provide further feedback once I have had time to evaluate them for a few weeks.

Glasses arrived 01/09/2926. The actual glasses are good quality and the package of glasses, varifocal and photochromic is very good value.
However the lenses are not so good particularly middle distance and peripheral vision. OK for second pair and outside use.

I have received 2 pair of glasses from Seaye. Both with varifocal and photochromic lenses. The quality of the lenses is far better than those I have paid a lot more for over the years on the high street and the customer service is 2nd to none. I will definitely be ordering my next pair from Seaye.

What made my experience with Seaye was their customer service, a pair of glasses i ordered went missing due to EVRI fail to deliver, Seaye customer service kept me informed every step of the way doing everything they could to locate the glasses. When still nothing arrived, they offered me a new set sent through a different carrier. I would definitely order again when I need a new pair. My prescription was covered exactly. I'd recommend Seaye for a great assortment of very well priced frames and excellent customer service.

Shocking customer service,late replies if st all ! Glasses were lost or damaged due to them using Evri as a courier,then told they would make up new glasses ,but now haven't got frame colour now in stock that I originally ordered !!! More delay ,,,then glasses arrive and their blurry can't read in them ,meant to be multifocal !! Told the person on the WhatsApp link and was basically told I'm wrong ,so nothing for delay and no refund!when I've asked again, also asked before the second pair were sent out , save your money and Avoid this company !!! I've screen shot my conversation with them and will be posting that if they don't refund me for these useless glasses,I've now added to this today 10/08/2026 as you can see the reply from seaye that said they'd be in contact,,, suprise suprise I've heard nothing they're made no attempt to contact me with a solution!!!

Kept well informed even changed order after ordering as I put wrong type of lense and best bit quicker than boots and half the price of darkening lense from boots

For the price you can't go wrong! I ordered a pair of presciption glasses with photochromatic lenses. Very good value! The delivery took a bit longer than was advertised, but generally I am very happy and would purchase again from this company

Fairly good service though first choice of frame was ‘broken’ and unavailable second choice then took a while for delivery here now and so far seem good as a spare pair.

This is the second time I have used this company and once again the service was excellent. Spectacles are good quality, prescription accurate and price very good. I would highly recommend them.
