I was searching for an independent shop with a strong ethos on sustainability and eco-friendly products and feel so lucky to have found Seb and I, which ticked all my boxes. The products are just gorgeous and I had a lovely time choosing the items for my own curated gift box. The website is very easy to navigate with lovely photos and descriptions.

Customer service was outstanding and my package was despatched and delivered extremely quickly. Packaging was strong and secure (and eco-friendly), and the gift itself was beautifully wrapped.

The recipient was overjoyed and I hope will visit Seb and I herself when her baby arrives.

I bought this as a gift for my pregnant friend and she absolutely loved it! The item itself was lovely, but what really stood out to me was the customer service. I needed to amend the delivery address and when I reached out, they were incredibly understanding and accommodating. I was also a bit confused about the tracking information, but they explained everything clearly and patiently. They were very kind and helpful throughout – it made the whole experience feel really personal. Highly recommend, both for the product and the excellent support!
