I have been waiting since April for my purchase, I have tried their helpline/customer service and have not gotten any response. Very disappointed in this and hope they will make good and send me my purchase or give me a refund.

First of all it took forever to get hereWhen it finally arrived it was a very cheep version of what I ordered.I feel like this company did a bait and switch. They showed me a nice quality product and then sent me a very cheap version.
What a pleasant surprise! I don't normally wear these dime-store cosmetics like Sebeiti, but I saw the color, and was interested to try it! I noticed the moment I put it on that it had the velvet creaminess of my lipsticks, and the rich color of my M.A.C. it DID smudge, but not too bad, and it wasn't incredibly long-lasting like my Lime Crime & Kat Von D liquid lipsticks, but that's why I think I've always chosen them over lipstick. So, it's great in my book!
