Blocked after 14 months of use, NO refund for the remaining 2 years
I strongly warn potential customers against using this service.
I prepaid for a 3-year subscription. After 14 months of successful usage, my service was terminated overnight without any prior warning or notification. As a result, I lost access to my data and the funds paid for the remaining ~20 months.
When I contacted support to clarify the situation (admitting I created extra accounts due to their confusing UI preventing plan changes back then), they accused me of "fraud" based on technicalities, banned me, and simply stopped responding. They ignored the fact that I had been a loyal customer for over a year.
Key risks if you choose this host:
Zero Data Safety: You can lose your server instantly, even after a year of usage. No grace period to download backups.
Support Ghosting: Once they decide to ban you, they ignore all communication.
Money Loss: They have refused to refund the remaining prepaid period (which is against EU consumer laws).
I tried to find out what options were available to restore my paid service and what I could do to make that happen, but they prefer to keep the money and silence the customer. Avoid at all costs if you value your data and money.
