Cleared up my husbands facial dermatitis within a few days.

My husband has had facial dermatitis for over a year now. Had numerous creams and ointments from the GP that haven't touched it. Seen Seb advertised on Facebook so thought it might be worth a try after reading testimonials. It's worked a treat and cleared it up. He hasn't been able to have a close shave without his face being extremely sore for well over a year. After a few days using it his face cleared up and he could shave.

Superb products.

Ok, I’ve had dry skin in my face, head and ears for as long as I can remember.

A random air conditioning engineer said to me about my redness (I could see his) and he said that his had improved massively in the few weeks he’d used this product. I got mine, and WOW!

It’s absolutely incredible the difference in 2 weeks.

No dry skin.
No redness.
100% improvement in my skin tone.

I would recommend this all day long.

I’ve used both the serum and the balm, absolutely brilliant stuff!

AVOID

Started using this product on Sunday, by Tuesday my whole face was swollen and super itchy. I used it on dry patches above my eye, around my nose and mouth. I have never had a product irritate my skin as much as this did. Full on flare up including, irritation spots, dryness, flaking, serious itching and blotchy. Had such high hopes 👎

Money back guarantee

The serum didn’t work for me and initially the company were very responsive in the money back guarantee. Despite saying it had been processed on the 22nd Feb and me waiting the full 10 days the refund has still not been received. The customer service team are now no longer responding to my emails - disappointing.

Update 19/03/2026 - Updated my review and score after the team got in touch and explained what had happened (issue with name on the system). Refund now processed and sorted.

I’ve always had red flaky skin on my…

I’ve always had red flaky skin on my forehead and under my eyes, I tried lots of different creams when I was a teenager but nothing ever worked. I just sort of accepted that my skin was always going to be bad, I’m 28 now and I seen seb pop up a few times on my Facebook but tbh I thought it was one of those scams until I read all the positive reviews. I thought I would just give it a go to see if maybe it would work on my skin. I honestly can’t believe how well it has worked, my wife can’t either and tells me everyday, I can’t believe how good your skin looks after using that serum. I honestly urge you to try this, you will not be disappointed. I will certainly be using the seb serum for the foreseeable future. I’m not usually the one to leave reviews but thought that it could maybe help other people with their skin problems. 5* thank you Seb Skincare!

I rarely do reviews online on anything…

I rarely do reviews online on anything but thought as I had had such a positive experience I would do.

Had had a really bad flakey skin under my beard and side of the nose and eyebrows. I wear a lot of black T-shirts and was getting embarrassed about the snow storm of face dandruff that was constantly on my chest.
Had used all the beard oil and silly soap options that were available but to no avail.

A couple of days using Seb and the flakes had gone, very impressed, good by beardruff hello Seb!

Awful customer service

I recommend avoiding this company.

I ordered their balm from the website and was told it would be delivered within 2–3 working days. After several days with no updates, I had to email them myself to ask what was happening.

Only then did they tell me the product was out of stock and offer a refund or the option to wait. I obviously requested a refund.

Very disappointing experience! Customers shouldn't have to chase to find out about their order.

Damaged serum and cream

I ordered a serum and a cream. The serum bottle was smashed and had leaked all over the packaging. The cream had a hair inside and also had leaked or been used?
Expensive and unusable I am waiting for a full refund

Absolute game changer, recommend 100%

Male, 41yrs old

After 20+yrs of having flaky skin across my top lip and across the bottom of my chin under my stubble, along with the sides of my nose and under my eyebrows, I thought there was no way of getting rid of it, just a case of lots of moisturiser to try keep it under control as best as possible and avoid dark t-shirts etc.

Well, I can say that seb natural calming serum has done brilliantly. It took a couple of applications, in the morning after a shower and in the evening and it's pretty much completely gone. I still apply in the evening so it doesn't come back, but 1 month on and it's doing great.

It is quite oily, so applying before bed works best for me.

Honestly, it's a life changer, really has given me my confidence back.

If you suffer the same I would highly recommend trying it. It may seem expensive, but I've been using it for over a month and have more that three quarters of the 50ml bottle left.

Seems to be working..

I've had the serum for a week and it seems to be working on patches of what seems to be either eczema or psoriasis on my neck and back so fingers crossed as I've had this problem for over 10 years.
I'm just about to order the balm too.

Superb customer service

Superb customer service. I tried the product and had a bad rosacea reaction to it. Just one of those things as everyone’s skin is different and it seems to have a great result for the vast majority of people. I emailed customer service and they honoured their guarantee perfectly and refunded immediately. I wish the balm had worked for me but I cannot fault the company in their response at all. Superb.

Not going to lie

Not going to lie. I was a proper sceptic. Had issues with dry tingling sore skin both sides of nose. Tried all the usual creams. Bought this out of shear frustration with nothing working. After 4 days of use my skin is clear. I wish I had a before and after photo. My face is now clear of any irritation. Big thanks for making a difference to my life.

What a game changer it is.

What a game changer it is. My boy suffered from dandruff for years and it made huge difference in only few weeks . Clear scalp, no itching and no redness. Sometimes you just have to take that risk and trying a link or add popping up on your social media .It took that risk and it paid off so well. Great product and great customer service .highly recommend.

This product really does work

This product really does work. For a long time I've had itchy flaky skin on my beard and scalp, tried different moisturisers but nothing worked. After around a week of daily use of this serum the issue on my beard and scalp has cleared up! Very impressed with the product and a reasonable price.

Can’t recommend this serum enough I…

Can’t recommend this serum enough I suffered for years with dry itchy dandruff in my beard and was applying all different types of cream daily to hide it. Since using Seb it’s completely cleared and I’m now only use it twice a week when I have a trim. I used to be so conscious when going out that people were staring at me where as now I never even think about it.

Absolutely Furious - Customer Service Non-Existent!!!

I am absolutely furious and cannot believe how badly Seb Skincare has handled my order. I placed my order over a month ago, and my parcels are still sitting in limbo. The owner has been completely unresponsive this entire time. Emails ignored, no updates, no explanation, no accountability. I have never experienced customer service this appalling in my life.

To make matters worse, I ordered two items and they were shipped separately. This caused double customs problems, double delays, and double stress — all completely unnecessary. On top of that, the seller declared the full value of the items, creating even more customs complications for me. There was zero thought given to the customer, zero attempt to consolidate the shipments, and no effort to make this process easier.

Now, because of their negligence, my parcels have been stuck in customs for weeks. I am being forced to either pay ridiculous brokerage fees or go through the stressful process of clearing customs myself, all because Seb Skincare did not ship properly. I cannot believe in 2026 that a business can operate like this, leaving paying customers to deal with everything themselves while they ignore you completely.

This has cost me time, money, and peace of mind over what should have been a simple skincare order. I am honestly shocked and extremely angry.

If you are thinking of ordering from Seb Skincare, I strongly urge you not to. If anything goes wrong, you are on your own. This has been, without exaggeration, one of the worst online shopping experiences I have ever had, and I would never recommend this company to anyone.
