Great product, ordered it in August this year so given it a while before I reviewed it. Purchased serum and balm. Honestly, hsving tried many products for my face (bridge area) and beard, its been a game changer. I also suffer from hard water in my area and was going to intall a water softner as the water used to aggetate my skin redness ever more. No need this product works for me. I am more confident without looking like I drink 3 bottles of vodka a night and its helped with dry skin from my beard allowing me to wear dark jumpers without being embarrased about flaking! Great product, good job!

Honestly this stuff is fantastic, people have actually commented on my skin and I have had issues with redness and dry skin for years, I am very glad I took the leap and tried it, I will be buying only this from now on

Works well! Addresses dry, flaky skin and is non-greasy. I use it daily to clam the skin and ensure the dry patches are moisturised. Has noticeably reduced the inflammation.

Honestly I was worried if it was another make money product but I can't believe how its cleared my skin on my face honestly its a miracle I just apply once a day its like it totally gone amazing product please try it I use the cream i left it a few months before leaving a review to make sure it works

I don't normally leave reviews after only using something for a couple of weeks, but have had several emails badgering me to do so.
As I have said I have used the product for about 2 weeks now. The amount of flaking has been drastically reduced, but applying any viscous liquid to my scalp would have the same effect.
For transparency I left the serum on all day and generally reapply each 24 hours, I don't know if this is best practice as the instructions on use are quite vauge. As I do not have a very itchy or inflamed scalp I cannot review the calming properties of the serum.
I can however state that I stopped using it for a day, shampooed with a pine tar shampoo and the flakes were back virtually unchanged from before using the product. I do not think I have tried the serum for long enough and medically I do not know how long my situation will take to get under control. I will finish the bottle and then do a follow up review.

I have updated my review on the Seb website, I don't know if they will publish this final one as my original review (text above this) was not put up on the site. That might be due to them waiting for the complete review.
However after finishing the treatment I can confirm that the issue returned immediately and that using the serum made my hair appear greasy. An unwanted side effect, I will look elsewhere for a solution.

I’ve been struggling for about 3-4 years with the red and flakes. Had many consultations with doctors and dermatologists who put me on steroids and other creams, which did minimise it but always made it come back worse. I swapped to the balm for my face about 2 months ago and it’s genuinely changed everything. Not only did it clear it all up after a week it now doesn’t come back as often. The balm lasts ages as well and I probably won’t need to buy another one for another 6-8 months. Unreal product would really recommend if you are struggling and can’t seem to find a solutions. Game changing product!

Doesn’t work, has made my skin worse and it’s now spread across my forehead. It’s incredibly red too and I’m now embarrassed for people to see me

Pro - This worked for me, can't deny it. It cleared my skin. My wife likes the smell.

Con - skin left looking greasy and oily. I needed this on my face, eyebrows, nose, moustache and cheeks. I have used this for 5 days now and I'm careful how I apply it but the fumes and vapours really sting my eyes. I apply it, and wipe all excess off and it still stings. I cant use it!

For decades I have suffered with eczema on my face and scalp. Heat, stress, even water made it worse. For short periods Aveeno would cool the skin but wouldn't address the issue (then they changed the formula and it did nothing beneficial except gunk up my pores) so I was left with a very itchy scalp and face, exceedingly red and angry skin, and a complexion rivalling flakey pastry. Recently I found SEB, though apprehensive, I needed something urgently - it arrived quickly and well packaged. The smell is pleasing and fades after a while once applied. After the first application my skin cooled dramatically and the flaking eased. After two, my scalp was calm and no longer itchy, my face finally stopped flaking, no redness and no redness.

Now instead of twice a day, I apply once every 3-4 days to keep everything smooth and happy.

I never thought I'd get my skin back.

After 20 years of different (and expensive) lotions, creams, liquids, and shampoos for the scalp, Seb has given me immense relief within three weeks of use. No redness, breaking skin, itchiness, dry patches, flakes, or scales in sight. Just like any product, it can work for some but not for others. However, it works for me and I am definitely grateful!

I was skeptical as I first seen the Seb Calming serum on another Instagram add.
Within 2 days my skin issues were gone. 3 weeks later and I have not had to use any other products.
My skin issue on my beard has never been better.
The flaky red itchy skin is gone.
I apply every time after a shower.

Unfortunately didn't work for me and I didn't tell my partner I was using it but immediately she asked what the awful smell was. I didn't think it was bad but definitely not a nice smell.
I emailed the company after about 4 days of trying it. They immediately replied with an apology and a refund so I was impressed and just disappointed that it didn't clear up the red patches on my face and scalp.

I've reviewed on trustpilot rather than seb website because I think trustpilot is a bit more reliable.
I do think this is helping with the redness on my face which I believe to be caused by seb dermatitis.
I combine it with cleaning my face with roche posay toleraine (no water) and apply it maybe 3 times a day.
If i am leaving the house I also apply some cetaphil tinted spf.
With all of that I feel like I can go into the office and look people in the face when I talk to them.
Also I am in an online meeting today with a bright light shining on my face and I can't see any redness.
So I am giving 5 stars - its early days and skin conditions are cruel but it does seem to be helping so thank you.

1st A* for customer support. Items turned up broken and unusable. Was sent a replacement straight away and given 10% back off the order.
2nd. I have been suffering with dry itchy flaky skin for years. Tried various products, with most of them burning. This product after 4 days use is something else. My skin has never been clearer with no pain. well done guys x

I have more skincare lotions and potions than my wife. All have not come close to Seb. The last few weeks have been a godsend. No itching, no redness or dry flakey skin. 100% recommend!

I never buy stuff like this, and I’m especially sceptical of products that pop up via ads in my Instagram feed… I figured I’d give this one a go as I’d tried a lot of other products that my pharmacist recommended and had no results, and there were enough good reviews that I thought I’d take a punt. I’d been suffering with red, dry, flaky skin under my facial hair, under my eyes and on my eye brows. I really wasn’t expecting it to work and figured I’d be using the 30 day money back offer, but within a week of using it morning and night my skin was completely sorted. I now just use it every few days to keep the dryness under control and it really does work. It obviously depends entirely on what your underlying problem is so always worth speaking to a dermatologist - have no idea if it would help eczema etc. but my issue was fungal buildup on the skin and for that it’s been brilliant. There may be cheaper alternatives that do the same job, but this is working for me and I only need a few drops every few days so the bottle will last me ages. Really happy with it. Smells good too, smells like walking into my local spa - kind of an earthy but posh sort of smell. Will defo keep using it 👍

I started seeing results within the first 3 days, with reduced flaking, itching and soreness that I had been struggling with for a while.
I'm so glad I picked this up I can't recommend this enough.
