Never delivered.No response at e-mails. No mail from a delivery company.

I recently used SECEHA and I want to share my experience. SECEHA specializes in electronics exchange services, which means they handle the replacement and exchange of electronic components or devices rather than traditional repair services.

One important thing to be aware of is that the company only begins their work once the electronics have physically arrived at their facility. This is a crucial part of their process, as no inspection or processing takes place beforehand. Because of this, shipping times and delivery to them can affect the overall turnaround time, so it’s important to plan accordingly.

Overall, the service is straightforward and transparent, but you should make sure your electronics are properly packaged and sent in promptly, since the actual work will only start after arrival.

Despite the negative reviews, I decided to send in my J85 board from the Netherlands anyway. Not much later, I received a professional email stating they were going to replace the board and asking if I could complete the payment via the website. A few days later, I got a notification that it had been shipped, and 2 days after that, I had a working board! Thanks!

Scam. No delivery at all and no responses. Sent my old controlbox of an ECM espressomachine. Paid for a new one.

I send a replacement board, as it was requested. Paid for the refurbished one.
Nobody answering my emails, nobody os updating me with the replacement part shipping status.
Scam.
I will request help from credit card company to get my money back

Ordered parts to my Jura Coffee Machine. They were active to help me make the order but when made the order, heard nothing from them and never received my order. Sent messages to them and asked to get my tracking information to my shipment but no answer. Paypal paid me back the money and handled everything great. Never order anything from them.

First given a wrong tracking number which was corrected after I asked why my parcel was going to the US.
Three weeks later still no active tracking and no reply from the seller to repeated queries. Will update if I ever get what was ordered.
