It has been a mistake with the suscription but we could talk about it to make it clear.

This is the responce from them to do a refund.

"It will be better to kindly refer to my efforts and that of the escalation team to outline a positive review so we can also finalize the payment. With a negative review unfortunately we cannot proceed with the reversal since that will not be approved by the Quality Team.

So do the required process and we can refund and close this ticket. There is no need writing a negative review and then later going to change to a positive review which is a waste of time because rest assured we cannot refund with a negative review. Thank you"

I had not cancelled my subscription in time and it was automatically renewed on my account, thankfully after a simple email, Edith was on hand to help, and made an exception and was able to rectify the situation

BEWARE: This 'shop' is an internet fraud.

I found a garden storage unit online, liked the price and added it basket/cart. Went to pay and entered card details which then took me to my bank to authorise the payment of about £49 which I did. I was then diverted to another request for payment in a persons name for a lesser amount and again transfered to my bank to authorise the payment which I declined.

I went back to try and find the ordered item and it had disappeared.

My bank statement shows a pending payment to this shop based in Cyprus although the original item I was buying was shown to ne in UK with delivery in two days.

I then received an email from secretgardens.s welcoming me as a member and that I had bought membership for 49 Euros. A total fraud. I entered into webchat with secretgardens who confirmed I had purchased a membership. I disputed this and request my payment be refunded. Now awaiting contact from a manager.

BEWARE: DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS ONLINE STORE

While my navigatiin on the site i encountered a difficulty regarding my subscription; therefore i contacted the support team from which i received a quick reply within only 30 minutes from the request. I received assistance from Jamal who quickly clarified my doubts.
Quickness worthy of note considered the usual experience with similare situations elswhere online

So, like many others, I mistakenly got taken in, thinking I was purchasing a ‘ bargain item’, then to discover that I now have a subscription.
I contacted them immediately and after a few emails back and forth, along with some ‘ live chats. Which I have screenshots of all conversations, including the ones where they said no further funds would be taken. I’m currently in a ‘ cancellation period’ which is due to terminate in 10/02/25.
So for now I’m just trusting that this will all be dealt with by then. I shall review again , hopefully with more positive opinion.

This is a huge scam, they charged me for a membership I didn't ask for almost $46, then I tried to find customer support, without receiving any kind of helpful response. 10 months later they contacted me to write a good review here and they would refund me, now they are harassing me by email asking me to change my negative review and send them a screenshot, otherwise they can't process the refund, but it's best to learn the lesson and not deal with SCAMMERS
