We order an article on the internet and find ourselves subscribed with direct debits.
Customer service who doesn't to hear anything and doesn't want to refund.
It's a scam
In addition they ask you to put good notes on trustpilot to be refunded;
This is called blackmail

Update: Repeated email from secretgardens.shop, this time by Josh from the escalating team, requesting a change to my previous review to a 4 or 5 star and change the title in order to get a refund.
Why don't they refund first and then wait for a review?! To me it confirms my initial opinion not to trust them.

Click once and you are automatically subscribed to their service using your card details from a previous seller.

When you attempt to get a refund, it is only considered if you give a positive review on trustpilot!

Fake site i order one item 2 months ago they charge me twice for it still item didn’t arrived and automatically do subscription without my permission biggest fake scam site i have seen online

I got scammed online and money taken from my credit card which they won't return.

The company gave me the opportunity to have the monies refunded to my account as there was no products available with the website.

I signed up to this site by mistake but had no problems cancelling my subscription and getting a refund. I also got a follow up call asking if everything was OK. There was nothing wrong with the site it was just not for me
