Excellent Warranty and Service

Purchased my chair 4 years ago. Tilt mechanism recently broke. Filing a claim under the warranty was very easy. Replacement part came within 2 working days, neatly packaged. Customer service excellent. Don't buy a chair from anyone else.

I ordered a chair on the 10th march as a birthday present for my partner the following week, pretty much the next day it was dispatched, great i thought! I had an email and a text message to say the chair would be delivered on the 13th between 7:11 and 9:11 that evening, the chair did not turn up! I sent a message to find out where it was and was told the delivery company dxp don't work weekends and it will probably turn up the next working day Monday the 16th! This is where the real problem started! Monday the 16th rolls around, I get no text message nothing, then on the tracking it says my parcel was delivered! It was not, as a matter of fact we live down a farm lane, the only access to the house that my dad so happened to be cutting the hedges and carrying out maintenence the exact time they said they delivered it! They didn't even attempt delivery!
Back on the secret labs chat where I'm told that someone from shipping will be in contact within 24-48 hours! This already means that it won't be resolved before my partners birthday on the Wednesday!
When they finally send me an email at 4 in the morning they are asking me if I've reported my missing parcel to the police? I'm sorry but when was a delivery company not delivering a parcel a police matter?
A few email exchanges later they agree to send me a new chair out! Great, or so I thought! That was on the 18th march!
We are now on the 30th March and the chair is still "processing"! Whatever that means! However when they took my money to start with it took 1 day to "process" my order!
I was going to order another chair for myself, but honestly I think I'll go with blacklyte their reviews are awesome! I just wish I'd read some of the reviews for secret lab before I decided it was a good idea! Who knows if I'll ever get this chair. I have 0 faith that the replacement chair, whenever it finishes "proccessing" will even get here!

Update*** apparently my chair has been "dispatched" and will be delivered on the 7th april, another week of needlessly waiting, perhaps its going to take that long because they are delivering it by foot! Who even knows at this point, even though I requested next day delivery!

Neuchair

I bought the Neuchair chair right when it came out for €550, along with the headrest at a promotional price of €50. Unfortunately, the experience hasn’t been great.

After about a year, maybe a bit more, the left armrest cracked on its own at the joint. Since the chair was still under warranty, I reported it and they sent me a replacement armrest, which was fine. But after roughly the same amount of time, the exact same thing happened again on the same armrest. It’s unbelievable how poor the quality is.

The armrests are designed in such a way that even with constant use there’s only minimal movement, and almost none at the joint. Considering I barely even use them, I can only conclude that they crack on their own. Now that the warranty has expired, I no longer have any options for a claim.

After about a year, the padding starts to sag and develops a permanent imprint of the user’s body. Comfort is okay, nothing special. The only real positives at this point are the design and decent adjustability options.

But at the current price of €800+, I would NEVER buy this chair again, nor would I recommend it to anyone, especially when there are competitors offering top-quality products at a similar price.

STAY THE HELL AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY

Secretlab has been the worst company I’ve had to do business with. It has now been about a week just to “inspect and complete a quality check” on a product that was never opened and is still in its original plastic wrap. This delay is completely inexcusable.

The entire return process has been extremely frustrating, slow, and unnecessarily complicated. I genuinely regret ordering from Secretlab, and based on this experience, I will be staying away from your company moving forward.

Everybody was straightforward

Everybody was straightforward and even outside of a warranty something was still done to try to help me get a repair part. Been looking for another chair and will definitely be looking at another one from you guys soon.

Still no help with the order

Still no help with the order. I finally received my refund and tried to resubmit my order. Tried to use my company discount again, but the system says I have already used it. I contact customer support and am told, first, that I never used a discount code; that I had to send screenshots of the code from work; and that my invoice had to show the discount was listed. Then they tell me to check with my company for another code. There is one for everyone, tracked by email address. So I asked if they could just generate a new code for me, and they said no. "However, again, we have no option to generate a code due to system limitation specially the code was not from our system/website". So they can't give me my discount back or generate a new one, so I can submit my order. So essentially, too bad we can't help you again.

I had an unfortunate time but it was quickly remedied

I had an unfortunate email shortly after buying a new chair, receiving the chair and everything else being delayed. I reached out asking if they can provide some stickers or cleaner for the delay. And within the week! They reached back with an answer that made me very very pleased. I love this company. I wish I could work for them honestly!

Great support experience overall

Great support experience overall. The team was responsive, clear, and genuinely helpful throughout the process.

Even though my chair is no longer under warranty, I appreciated the effort to still offer a solution.

That said, I do feel the replacement cost is a bit high for armrests, but the support quality itself was definitely solid !

Holy cow, 10/10

Alright so I am not the kind of person to go out and leave reviews, but I just had such amazing customer support I had to find a place to leave one. First off, the chair is amazing, adjustable lumbar is great and its clearly built to last. But on top of that, they sent me a replacement backrest when I didn't even ask for one. I had emailed them about one of the two zippers on the back coming undone, I asked how to access the hidden zipper so I can try and fix it and sent a photo of the zipper. They responded by saying it appears the backrest is defective, and asked for my address to send me a replacement. I just received it, less than a week later. And here's the real kicker, it is over 1 month past the 3 year warranty window. This is above and beyond, truly amazing customer support, and a good product to boot.

This standing table does everything i…

This standing desk does everything i need it to and is a big upgrade from my previous standing desk. There are multiple programmable presets. The tray underneath really helps with cable management and also the fact that the tower goes up and down with the drsk.I'm impressed by the quality and precision of the components and the table feels sturdy.

I had a minor issue with a part of the table and the service i received was exemplary and painless.

The desk is premium quality and very…

The desk is premium quality and very stable even at highest height. Everybody who says that it is not stable is just nitpicking little things. The desk is PERFECT.
The only that that sucked was that some packages arriver earlier then others (but it is obvious since heavier packages takes more time)
Really happy with everything and I do recommend the desk to anyone who want a premium quality standing desk that will look neat

Not comfortable enough to justify price

The chairs aren't comfortable enough to justify the price. I would honestly say this is almost on par with a GTRacing chair from staples in comfort. Im giving two stars for shipment speed which was very fast, but otherwise the customer service is very "oh well". They'll respond quick but they don't help much with anything outside of just buying a chair.

New seat replacement for old chair

Had to replace the seat on my titan i bought in 2020. they were quick to respond and I was able buy a brand new seat pretty cheap.
