From bad to absolutely amazing .
There was a lot if hype, and google recommend the company and held it in high regards as one of the top curated Cannabis marketplaces available.
So starting with that information, I had high hopes. I really really wanted to like this place ...like a lot.
Visually, the website is great. The products look amazing, ordering was super Smooth ,no issues there.
I ordered my package nearly three weeks ago. I've texted the number on the website.I've emailed their regular support and for the" urgent " issues, they have a separate email which I've also contacted. And received 0 response from any of them... going on 2 days now that I've been trying to get ahold of them. Middleb of the week. This should be primetime to get ahold of customer service and it's impossible. So no package ...out 200 and can't get a hold of em.
Edit *
So after they finally realized I was trying to get in contact they've made everything right
Superior product
Made it right plus sum.
Thanks again,!
