I ordered 2 folding chairs in May. In August I asked them where was my order? They told me they were delayed due to the pandemic. On Oct 3rd I contacted Secretrees and asked about my order, giving them the 14 digit number. There answer was this " I'm very sorry to have kept you waiting. We have found that your order has not been delivered. Due to the negligence of the staff, do you need this product now? We can deliver the goods for you immediately , if you no longer need it we will refund you During the pandemic protect yourself. Wish you and your family safe and healthy! Best wishes, Wendy
Oct 4th in response I told them " Thank you for your message, yes I would still like to have the chairs. Please make sure that I can track the shipment also.

complete scam. placed an order back in August for a swimming pool for over $100. Here it is Nov. 29th. Still nothing

I ordered two garden kneelers. They said they were delivered ' in or near mailbox' I never got anything. I told them I never got them. They said it's the Postal people to blame. I don't believe they sent anything. I did ask our carrier to be on the look out but nothing still.

I purchased camping chairs through the Secretrees website earlier in the year. While COVID did make me wait longer than I usually would for this product (I figured the world had a bunch of delays), I eventually realized it was taking too long and started the process to try and cancel the product. They insisted that my product was shipped at that point, near the start of September. Fast forward to the start of October, I finally get the two chairs I ordered in a beat up barely taped together box, with a foot of one chair missing and rods that didn't even fit in the product itself. I reached out to Secretrees stating that my product was defunct and had the wrong parts and requested to receive a full refund, including shipping cost (because otherwise what would the point be? The shipping is more expensive than the product itself). At first, they only offered a HALF REFUND. After arguing with them and telling them I wouldn't accept a half refund for an incomplete product and requesting they refund the product and shipping cost, they said they would do the full refund and sent me their address. Foolishly, I thought they meant the full refund and shipping cost and proceeded to mail the product for more than the cost ($100.00 to $115.00 shipping) Only after I sent the product did they then email me stating they refuse to pay the shipping cost. Honestly, I don't expect they'll even refund the product at this point. Please learn from my mistakes, DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE, THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND LEAVE YOU WITH NOTHING BUT REGRET.

I ordered my package 2 months ago. Long story short and they sent it it Ohio, I live in Florida. I have sent them a screenshot of my order confirmation confirming I sent them the right address and they still insist USPS is at fault when they sent me a tracking number with an address shipping to Ohio. I am still trying to get my package or a refund. Wish me luck. Don’t waste your time. Worst company and experience. SCAM!

DO NOT ORDER THIS PRODUCT. It is false advertisement. Instead of receiving what is advertised (the strong sturdy boxes), you’ll get some flimsy file folder type of things that you can barely set up. This company is 100% a scam. You will not get your money back. DO NOT PURCHASE!!

I placed my order on July 23, 2020. Their website claims all orders to the US will take 2-3 weeks to deliver. It's been two months and they are refusing to refund my order until I refuse the order.
They refuse to answer my question what would happen if the order never arrives?

So I ordered a makeup box with a mirror and everything and I got a package but it was something entirely different from what they were advertising on the website. The cheep makeup box I got was like two drawers with a plastic thingy on top instead of lots of compartments with a mirror and Led lights. HA don't buy stuff from sketchy websites.

I didn’t want to even give them 1 star but had to so I can leave this comment. I sent them $90 for sneaker storage boxes over a month ago and never received a tracking number. When I emailed the support email located on the site I got a response that it’s been shipped with a fake tracking number. I’m beyond angry. I work hard for my money and they scammed me. I have filed a complaint with FTC and will also be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and PayPal. Do not order from them, we should all file formal complaints to sue these scammers!

Watch closley what you order. I ordered 3 Garden Kneeler and Seat/ Protect your Knees and I got 3 cheap bags that go over the handle of a Kneeler. They valued them at $5 each for shipping purposes and I wound up paying over $41. Very unhappy of their response!

Order a motorcycle helmet from one of their pictures and got a helmet that is not pictured on their site. I sent a picture of what I got and what I ordered and they said they said the two looked alike to them. Then resend the two pictures but this time I highlighted the difference with the Paint app and they admitted they could see the difference. I ordered one with out a lip on it and got a helmet with a lip all around it. I have to pay to send it back but the cost of sending it back to China is $0.66 less than what I paid and they will still have to decide to give you a refund.

Terrible. They look legit, but they are not. I ordered a makeup organizer and did not hear from them for a week. turns out they are in China, so the guy I was trying to get to tell me where my order was was a half brained idiot who plugged everything into google translate. Not helpful. Also, he took forever to answer his emails, even considering the time difference. Turns out that "the cost of starting a store is big, so we keep your order." without ever shipping it. After opening a complaint with Paypal, they finally agreed to refund my money. Do not ever buy from them, it is not worth the hassle.
