I placed Disappointing Experience with Delayed Delivery and Missing Item an order that was supposed to…
I placed an order that was supposed to arrive in 1–2 days, but after 5 days, nothing came. I contacted customer service and mentioned I was traveling, they said they’d send it, but still no delivery. On the day of my trip, I contacted them again and was told it would arrive before I left. I finally received it, but only got 1 item instead of 2. Really disappointing experience.

Worst experience ever
Hi, just leaving honest feedback. This is the second time you mess up an order. First time you were about to send me the wrong product, then refunded me to fix it. I gave you another chance and ordered again — and again, you didn’t follow my instructions. I clearly told you the number and address, and you ignored both. That’s why the order got delayed for two days.
On top of that, your voice note was rude and unprofessional. I won’t be ordering again, and this experience was honestly frustrating.

This is a late review cause trust pilot deleted my review and I didn't know (cause I was using a VPN)
The company CARES about quality, I initially received the wrong order but the customer service team went above and beyond and gave me a better product (for free) because what I ordered for was out of stock.
I highly recommend this site. And
I also recommend contacting them via WhatsApp or whatever you can use and informing them incase something went wrong. Because as I've previously said they care for quality and do not cheap out.
