I purchased a code signing a month ago and have not received it to date. They don't answer the tickets and dropping calls and the chats. I think this behavior is not respectful towards people.

I ordered a code signing certificate issued by Sectigo.

After some initial issues with Sectigo validating our details, I called in and was assisted promptly.

Dinesh helped me get the order validated quickly and efficiently, and I received my certificate whilst I was still on the phone with him.

We had a SERIOUS problem within our enterprise which warranted the quick acquisition of a new wildcard SSL certificate. I was having trouble getting the certificate released. I was struggling to get my certificate installed and Ash was very patient and thorough with resolving the issue.

Perfect service, very calm very informative.

Vincent managed to solve the issue and helped sort out some inconsistencies. Fast-tracked the validation process since it has been long outstanding.

The only unpleasant part was the 1.5 hours waiting time in the queue while waiting to be connected. It is a problem for Sectigo, with no impact whatsoever on Vincent's performance.
