Watch strap fixing was not suitable for…
Watch strap fixing was not suitable for my watch. The description made no mention of this unusual fixing. Seller ignored two emails and three phone calls before eventually contacting me. Despite clear evidence of the misleading description, seller refused to supply a return label for me to return the goods. The strap now awaits his collection. Awful customer service, I will never buy from this company again.
