Once again I was up for Sector 101 to equip my Yamaha Synths with discontinued add-ons, this time Flash Ram.

Order was flawless like always and after only a few days my goodies arrived in my place.

Well packaged and stunning quality is working in my EX5 since then.Samples are now stored even when the synth is switched off.

Communication was also great as usual, one important part of the overall performance, like the well-written and easy to understand and to follow manuals on the website.

I purchased memory for my ancient and still magical Yamaha TG500 synth module from Sector101. I paid via PayPal for shipping to the US. The transaction was seamless and smooth. The package arrived well-padded with tracking in about 10 days, which is pretty fast in my opinion. The memory worked flawlessly. All pretty straight forward. I have my eye on a few more TG50-related items so I won't hesitate to order from Sector101 again in the near future.

I purchased the ROM upgrade for the Roland TR-626 Drum Machine. This adds Linndrum, Linn LM1, DMX and TR707 voices to the TR-626. The module was quickly posted out and professionally built. I had a slightly nervous time extracting the original ROM, but a little reference to YouTube (for de-soldering techniques using copper braid) sorted that out. Just follow the instructions and take it slowly and carefully. The new sounds are great, and it is very easy to select between original and new voices, giving 3 banks of sounds altogether, and making use of the TR-626's separate outputs. Highly recommended.

Bought RAM for Alesis Fusion and a Supernova 2 voice upgrade card. Never thought I would be able to buy these things again so this was a pleasant surprise. Also had my Supernova 2 fixed as it had crackly unusable main outs and the cost was very reasonable. The turnaround was quick and it came back well-packaged. In short I am a happy customer.
