Waaaaay too expensive
Have been a customer for decades! The checks have always been great and promptly delivered. The checks have always been more expensive than they should and then the number of checks for the price was also reduced. Now that the company is Harland Checks corporation, I'm expecting this may be my last purchase of checks with designs I like and feel are personal to me. It's just gotten too overpriced in a time when checks are rarely used anymore. Sorry.

Quick delivery but confusing sizes of checks
Online ordering was quick and delivery was speedy. However, the product I received was not what I wanted. Apparently, I was confused as to the different sizes of business checks available and ordered the wrong product. I will be returning the items and re-ordering.

Trusted and safe
I ordered checks for an account that I had not purchased from CITM before. I was pleased both with the level of security (i.e., CITM asking for confirmation that the account was mine) and with the ease I could provide proof without compromising security. It's why I always buy my checks from CITM.
