Additional details to verify my experience:
I was a CXM client with MT5 account number 598622.
My formal complaint was related to execution issues on XAUUSDr during the market reopening and was registered under ticket ID 176155.
The complaint was submitted on December 26, 2025, and CXM acknowledged it in writing. On January 3, 2026, CXM informed me by email that my account manager would contact me regarding this matter.
As of today, January 13, 2026, no account manager has contacted me, despite the time elapsed since the initial complaint and the follow‑up communication. The ticket was closed without compensation or effective follow‑up.
All the information provided in my review is based on written email communication with CXM and can be verified through their internal records.
