Had an issue with my SIPP which involved going on line and completing a number of forms. I spoke with Dean who was very patient very informative and more importantly talked me through the application on the phone whilst I was completing it. Great customer service.

Had a problem with account,age,Lucas sorted it very quickly.Now able to complete process without contacting ii.

Telephoned for help with crystallising my SIPP. Lovely (and knowledgable) lady called Flavour spent time and talked me through it. Five star service.

We needed the latest information with regard to our portfolios and as we were unable to print information we used your Telephone help facility. I am a nervous IT user but wanted to set up an internet account. I found the Customer Service person very helpful (I missed his name) and he had lots of patience.

I contacted II regarding a payment Wass answered the call he was extremely helpful and thorough.

I had several queries about my account & my Mum’s account (I have PoA). I explained I was not very IT competent & a lovely lady named Mohini was so patient & guided me step by step through all the actions I can take when accessing our accounts. She resolved all the queries I had & assured me that if I had difficulties in the future to call again. Mohini was wonderful, so helpful, over & above what I expected

The penultimate day of the tax year was always going to be a challenge for customer service, but when I finally got through, James M could not have been more helpful. He was clear, patient and spent the time to make sure I was sorted. Many thanks James!
