Zara was very helpful and efficient today on our call. She made the process of transferring accounts very straightforward and ensured we had all of the information that we needed.

I had to phone the helpline this morning because of a problem accessing my share account. Dan managed to find my account details for me which required a complex and convoluted search. He was incredibly patient and courteous and obviously is very skilled at his job.
I just thought he deserves to be recognised for excellent customer service.

I needed help to sort out payment issues and the phone was answered quickly and Rachael assisted me. She was patient as I had reception issues and she guided me through what was needed and dealt with my problem without fuss and without making me feel daft.

We rang the iii helpline to assist us in selling some international ETF funds. The person who helped us , Karran, was very professional, friendly and patient in helping us sell the funds.

As POA for my father I have been trying to close his II account, it's a long process (due to the legal safeguards and FSA rules). It has taken 5 calls to the team, each time my call has been picked up super-fast by a friendly and reassuringly knowledgeable and helpful member of staff.
Today I was helped by Abolade who helped me sort the final piece of security and transfer funds ready to close.
In the past 6 weeks I've spoken to Dan, Adam. Patrick and Jennifer. Thank you to all of you, what a team!
