Putting the Help back into the Helpdesk!
As POA for my father I have been trying to close his II account, it's a long process (due to the legal safeguards and FSA rules). It has taken 5 calls to the team, each time my call has been picked up super-fast by a friendly and reassuringly knowledgeable and helpful member of staff.
Today I was helped by Abolade who helped me sort the final piece of security and transfer funds ready to close.
