With II having taken over a number of accounts I needed help with finding them online. Found Rachel in customer services to be helpful and extraordinarily patient. Also discovered that II seemed to have kept some of the best service features I used to value with Selftrade, namely the ability to sell one stock and reinvest in another immediately, and also access to dealers to test out potential trades in less liquid stocks.

I was having trouble updating my contact details online and spoke to Esha on the phone. She was very friendly and helpful and sorted it out quickly. She asked lots of security questions, so I felt reassured that my information and money is secure. Thanks Esha!

Emily was the best. Fixed my login difficulties which were due to a mobile phone change.

I had a problem with logging on and spoke to Robert who was very helpful and sorted my problem out , I would not have been able to sort it without his excellent and patient advice .

I have an ISA portfolio with ii which I manage myself. I rang ii this afternoon with a couple of general queries and spoke to Andy whom I would like to thank for being very helpful AND patient; at 86 I am sometimes a little slow but he was quick to understand what I wanted to know and had an excellent manner. I am pleased to be able to provide this feedback.

Rang II Customer Service and got Rachel.

There was a systems issue as my DD was coming from the wrong bank. Rachel listened and then worked with others to resolve the problem.
Very polite and friendly and we got a fix.

I was having difficulty with one of the processes, not being particularly savvy in this department. The initial advisor endeavoured to assist me, but needed to transfer my call to another team. I was put through to Jacob who had been fully appraised of the situation and was very patient and helpful. He was able to explain the next steps, resolve my query and contact me back quickly to confirm the outcome. I felt like a valued customer and am impressed with his level of service. I had difficulty logging in as I was trying to open my account which had been switched to ii from EQI ,
Megan Jackson helped me go through the process of switching over and logging into my account, and was extremely patient in doing this ! Very patient young man , many thanks! Brendan

Faz was very efficient in dealing with account opening issue.

I was a former Share Account holder and was transferred to ii. Going forward I rarely used
the account due to laptop/internet phobia. But I needed to bring the account up to speed and had the good fortune to speak a gentleman called Bilal. And what a gentleman he was, thanks to his patience and knowledge all issues were sorted out. He is a credit to ii and I would like my comments brought to the attention of his manager.

Advisers were very helpful and patient in answering my query about how to transfer shares into my account fro another provider

I been using II and found them great for trading, also prompt money payment. But why I give two star, if you want to speak to anyone in admin you can't its all via the telephone operator who of course can't answer my questions. So letters, emails, rather than two minutes on the telephone.

I had to call up to withdraw some money from my account, I wasn't on hold for long at all and was very well taken of by Lauren M.

Spoke to Andrew who was very efficient, knowledgable and friendly. He dealt with my query very quickly and processed the cash transfer to my account there and then just in time for Xmas!.
