Very disappointed with customer service using phrases like FAMILY FRAUD, SUSPENSION OF MY ACCOUNT, PERMANENTLY BANNED as threatening excuses for not refunding my £24.99 poor poor services.

Just terrible it’s like you’re feeding their greedy pockets and slot fun is way worse than the real thing I don’t know why I continue to stupidly pay for the coins it’s ridiculous how fast they go and payback is terrible

They are very efficient. Whenever I have questions, they answer me kindly and politely. Recently I was very anxious about a payment. I was reassured that everything is alright, thanks to their good service. I didn't encounter any difficulties with the payment method. I was happy to learn that they have a means of communication via WhatsApp.

Was having issues with my account and wanted help service is supper friendly and helpful with my issue. Specifically Harresh who helped me with my issue and even tho it took time still kept me updated on the situation.

Easy buying and straightforward, I can use Apple Pay as well. I have had problem with items bought didn’t receive it but customer service team solve problem quickly, I was a bit concerned at first but service team put me at ease, there was a follow up 2 days after the issue occurred to make sure everything went smoothly - I would rate 5/5 great team here.

Miya was great. She was patient with my slow typing, understood what I was asking her and responded appropriately with the correct communication wordage that allowed me to understand her responses. I didn’t like the fact that I had to send a picture of my card showing the first 6 numbers and the last 4 at the end, along with the expiration date to her to verify it was me and that my name was on the card.
My problem was resolved and it didn’t take too long to fix it.
