We were scammed by Frank, Gary and Katie…

We were scammed by Frank, Gary and Katie Michael. The financial compliance Manager. My son was scammed $25k to transfer through a platform to receive $338kUSD the last 8 months. We were promised our money was to be deposited in 2 weeks and in 2 different payments. We had $168k USD and $170kUSD which they said paid to my son's account. But NO RECALL. They then asked me for $2000 to paybis and told me they didn't get it. Then they told me I needed to pay $1000usd for the lawyer. We have evidence of everything. We are a good family who is sick of these people. We earn a living like everyone, but to be scammed, lied to mentally intimidated I want our money back. But we have been dealing with them since 5/10/2025. But we were supposed to be paid out 3 weeks ago. We have tried contacting them but no response. They have been online most times and no reply. Is there anyway we can get our funds back.

Scammers ...Stay away from Secure Crypto Ltd

I have reviewed Secure Crypto twice now and given them the opportunity of returning crypto funds to a crypto account where l have full control of withdraw. They simply place the funds into an Atomic with no control of payment. Payment is linked on another deposit of a certain amount by me. So in effect they are refusing to return funds which belong to me. They want me to deposit more to the account which is a Smart Contract. These contracts often set up to take your funds when you make deposits. There has been no agreement on this account and please remember they are typical scammers and like all scammers they do not return any funds.
The company is Secure Crypto Ltd based in the UK. The names you need to be aware of are Katie Michael. She is very abrupt, rude and dominating in her scamming manner. Her partner is Gary. He is very persistent with no sense of achieving an outcome. Please be aware scammers use different names when dealing with their clients. This company is not interested in helping clients. They just want to scam as much as possible from people, so just stay away and avoid at all costs.

Secure Crypto LTD Recovery Scammers

Secure Crypto LTD Operations and Fraudulent Recovery Claims

Mr. Lui,
Your immediate defensive posture upon being challenged speaks volumes. If I am truly "wrong" in my assessment, then I am confident that the Tech and Digital Fraud Department at Atomic Wallet will be happy to step in and resolve the apparent "misunderstanding" I am having. I am sure they will be keen to discuss the legitimacy of your services and operations with me.

I can live without this "fantasy cash," but the central question remains: can you and Secure Crypto LTD live with me spotlighting the truth about your operation?

I am tired of being scammed, and I feel it is my duty to warn everyone not only about Nuetrovest and their investment scam that fleeced me and my family out of any retirement funds we had but also about the subsequent, miraculous contact I—and several other victims—received from alleged "recovery specialists" like yourself, promising to retrieve lost funds and to get us compensated for the trauma caused.

I will grant you this: you came across as solid. Most other predators fail to get past the initial "hello." You, however, were polite and well-spoken, making you harder to detect.

However, your recent actions clearly show your services are entirely bullshit. If your recovery was legitimate, you would have followed our agreement to the letter: transferred the funds to my chosen savings account and sent me a professional invoice for investigation and recovery services. I would have paid, and we would have parted ways on good terms.

But for you to strike out and claim that this failure is somehow my wife's fault is an absolute disgrace and beyond unacceptable. I choose a life with my wife and my sanity over your false promises.

I have already prepared copies of our agreement and associated documentation. This evidence will be sent to Companies House UK and the Police to initiate a formal investigation into the legitimacy of Secure Crypto LTD’s operations and potential links to Nuetrovest Investment Scam.

I can live with being worse off without this "funny money," but I look forward to seeing how you talk your way out of the tarnished reputation and legal challenges that come next when the authorities contact you.

PS I read back over some of your emails and they are almost comical you should retire from this occupation get your self a curly red wig bright red nose and some huge shoes and start working at McDonald's as they need another clown. Read your words to me below

Dear Paul,

We will freeze their liquidity provider, and we will wait for them to contact us.
Once you send me the contract signed we will be fully ready to proceed to negotiations with them

Best Regards,

Garry Lui | Senior Investigator

Scammers...STAY AWAY

Scammers
Secure Crypto Ltd had after their claim of freezing accounts and negotiating settlements from 4 crypto companies who scammed me over the last 7 years were arranging payment via a wallet in which l had to pay 1 ETH into to receive the settlement amount. Gary from Secure Crypto rang me at 5.20pm Melbourne time and spoke for 2 mins asking if l had paid and which wallet l had paid into. I told him and less than 10 mins later the wallet was cleaned out. I emailed him 2 hours later accusing him and his reply was, after the denial, the funds are being kept out of sight for security reasons and in order to see them l needed to deposit another $1000 AUD of ETH. Naturally l refused. The people who l worked within this company apart from Gary were Katie and behind the scene Allan. To put it simply, they are scammers.
