I lost my data from my external drive…
I lost my data from my external drive and I couldn't find a way to obtain my lost information. I found Secure Data Recovery via online search and they appeared to be a reputable company specializing in recovering data from external drives. The service rep was very helpful and walked me through every step of the process. He had followed up with me multiple times and after a few simple steps, Secure Data was able to recover my lost information and 100% of my data was successfully recovered.

The communication with SDRS was fantastic!! Jonathan let me know step by step what they could do for me and received my permission every step of the way. They recovered all my files from my failed thumb drive. So grateful for that as I had photos of my deceased son on it...just so happy they recovered all my files.

Working Secure Data Recovery was super easy. Jake was attentive and helpful from start to finish. They were able to accommodate my organizations needs. Only 16 files were lost from our badly damaged drive out of the thousands of files we could have never seen again. I hope I never have to call them again, but if we lost another hard drive they would be the ones I call.

Recently my WD My Book stopped working and I was truly devastated and unaware of what fixing it would entail. I reached out to Secure Data Recovery and a few other companies. 100% of data recovered from MacBook Pro M1
A couple of months ago, I had the unfortunate mishap of spilling white wine on my relatively new MacBook Pro M1, which led to the complete shutdown of my laptop. With a nearly full 1TB disk of critical, unbacked-up data, I was devastated by the potential loss. I initially approached Apple for assistance. But their quoted repair, (at more than half of the price of a new computer) would be destructive to the data. These new MacBooks have basically everything – including the SSD – integrated on the motherboard, and rather than repairing individual components, they would replace the entire motherboard. As the data was actually more important to me that the computer itself, I had to continue shopping elsewhere. At that point, I frankly didn’t even know if data recovery was possible, considering all the security that Apple built into the system. After discovering Secure Data Recovery online, I filled out the necessary forms and was assigned Elliot as my point of contact. Elliot's guidance and support throughout the entire process were invaluable. He patiently addressed my concerns and provided a detailed explanation of the data recovery procedure. Data recovery took about 5 weeks and incurred significant costs, but they were able to successfully recover 100% of my data. Exceptional work! Thank you!

Great customer service
I rarely leave reviews, but I felt one was necessary this time. Secure Data Recovery was able to repair our external hard drive that had stopped working; it included numerous pictures from our wedding, first five years of marriage, work files backup, and more.
