I needed som assistance for a SECUREEE product because it didn't functioned properly.
I never got an answer. When you purchase a SECUREEE product take care. You are left on your own.
No customer service at all.
I have invested in 2 audio bugs: Mriya 4G and Mriya Wifi. Neither of them worked and the 4G bug was sent back.
By contacting the manufacturer SECUREEE I received the following answer:
Mriya 4G: - contact your mobile provider, try another SIM card and if it doesn't work send it back to the dealer.
I tried SIM cards from 3 different mobile providers. None worked in the Mriya 4G. That's why I sent it back and bought the Mriya Wifi model. It didn't work either.
Mriya Wifi: SECUREEE came up with the following "suggestion": are you sure you are on the 2.4 network and are you sure the password is correct? (YES, what do you think). Then you should contact your provider and possibly try on another Wifi network. I did that, was told by my provider that all settings are correct, but this audio bug didn't work either. Not on another Wifi network either.
I wrote to SECUREEE about the problem, but there was no response. After a few days I tried again, but then came the very arrogant response from SECUREEE: we are 110% sure that our equipment works. Send it back to the dealer. If all the LED lights work, then the equipment works too.
Then I made SECUREEE aware that they have to take responsibility and help me further - but then came the response that made me decide to write this review:
DO NOT SPAM ME ANYMORE (yes, you read that right!).
I had to write to them again because the red LED lamp described in the manual never lights up. SECUREEE never replied again, which is why I continue the communication here on Trustpilot.
Here are the reasons why I warn against buying SECUREEE products:
* expensive products that do not work (even though SECUREEE claims that their products work with 110% certainty)
* no help - only incompetent answers from the manufacturer SECUREEE who takes no responsibility for his products
* very arrogant attitude from the manufacturer, who after just a few emails replies: DO NOT SPAM ME ANYMORE
* instructions are full of errors and shortcomings
* Trouble Shooting and help is non existent, neither in the manual nor from the manufacturer
* Incidentally, both audio bugs (Mriya 4G + Mriya Wifi) exude poor assembly quality: they look cheap and suspicious and therefore attract attention.
However, I could have accepted that if they worked.
