Good service, was not sure at first but they delivered as expected. I booked on the 5th Oct, a third party Dr got in contact to give suggestions on my what scans and how many body parts and I had my CT scan done on the 18th. There was good communication with Secure Scanners and the actual scanning place (Lyca Health) were great too. Would recommend.

I was slightly nervous as I hadn't seen any reviews but I needn't of worried. They rang me to confirm my appointment and I arrived on the day. Unfortunately I felt I was too squashed in the machine do they advised me that I would have yo travel 3 hrs to go on a bigger mri. I agreed. While I was waiting to go for this they rang and told me there was one an hour away and did I want to attend. From start to finish they were great...always helpful and friendly. I would definitely use them again.

I was a bit worried about paying so much money for a whole body MRI scan when this company had no reviews, but it worked out fine. Secure Scanners sources a scan to match your needs and books it on your behalf. I couldn't reach anyone on the phone who could help and after leaving a couple of messages without getting a call back, I filled in the online request form and everything was then handled efficiently. The hospital called me direct to book the appointment date and time. I had the MRI at a scanner unit located in an NHS hospital. The staff at the hospital were expecting me and knew it was a private scan, however they had not heard of Secure Scanners and did not have the information that I had already paid. I had to sign a form to say I would be responsible for the cost, but there were no issues afterwards. The consultant at the hospital called me a few days later with the results and then a couple of days later Secure Scanners emailed me the report, which was fairly brief. I did raise a question that they contacted the consultant about and then emailed me with his response. There were some minor irritations and uncertainties, but I got the scan I wanted in a reasonable timescale and at a fair price.
