We came home from holiday to find our patio door completely stuck and refusing to unlock—never a great situation after a trip away! I contacted Mirek, and from the very first message he was fantastic: quick to respond, clear about pricing, and incredibly professional.
He was able to come out the very next day, which was a huge relief. Not only did he fix the issue efficiently, but he also took the time to explain exactly what had caused the problem. Within no time at all, the door was working perfectly again.
Mirek is not only highly skilled but also genuinely friendly and approachable. Even our dog took a liking to him—and Mirek handled the “extra help” with great humour and patience!
It’s also very reassuring to have a warranty on the work, which shows the confidence he has in his craftsmanship.

Mirek is excellent , reliable and very professional . He charges very fairly - in fact his quote for labour was the best !. He ensures the job is done properly regardless how long it will take . He has the right tools for everything ;) More importantly his car is full of relevant stuff !! Not only he did the job perfectly well - I ended up wanting another lock changed and guess what ! He had exactly the right lock to match it . I lost one of the old locks’ knob annoyingly ! And he had exactly a matching Knob with him 😁 . He is highly recommended and I will certainly use his services again .

Excellent Service.
We contacted the company after searching for a local locksmith in the North Hykeham (LN6) area with excellent reviews. There was no emergency, just a sticking door and stiff locking mechanism that made it difficult to lock the door. Mirek arrived as arranged the next day and carried out the necessary adjustments quickly and efficiently and at the agreed price. I have two more doors that will need looking at when the weather warms up and those doors start to become a problem; I will not hesitate to ask Mirek to return and fix them for me.

Would definitely recommend
Mirek messaged to say he'd be in the area the next day and that he could come to look at my cabinet which had a part of a key broken off inside.
He spent 30 or more minutes removing the broken parts of the key but didn't have the correct equipment to pick the lock on him, he didn't want to risk breaking my cabinet.
He wouldn't take any payment but just getting the parts of key out is a massive help.
