Mark undertook a free, thorough no obligation security review of my whole property, acknowledging the positives and pointing out areas where we needed additional work (which was minimal). He was polite, careful and friendly and then managed to fit us in at very short notice in order to help out with complicated household arrangements regarding new keys. Have been using Mark for years and wont use any of these so called locksmith chains who use amateurs but claim to be master locksmiths. Always turns up on time, gains access and leaves the site clean and tidy. Never had a lock he hasn't been able to open and then replace I have no hesitation in recommending him.

Mark is my go to man for all things home security and home care. He provides an excellent locksmith service and will give invaluable advice about the security of your home for free. He also provides a home care service which covers everything from laying carpet and other flooring, to decorating and other jobs around the home. He's an extremely handy man to have around. I highly recommend Security Masters Ltd for great advice, service and work. They fitted a new front door lock and reinforced the frame for me. I had no idea before speaking to them how vulnerable my home was. It was only when they demonstrated how easily a burglar could gain access, that I realised I could have come home to a burgled house at any time.
