They arrived when they said they would.
From the time I got the quote till the shutters were installed we were always informed .
Nice clean install and cleaned up after they were done.

We had several items being fitted on thw same day. It came together like clockwork. Everything was fitted professionally and looks amazing - very happy with our blinds security doors and zip fly screen.

had a great experience with the team, especially George, who took the time to explain everything thoroughly. This was the main reason we chose him, even though we received a few cheaper quotes. The reliability and professionalism he demonstrated were exactly what we were looking for.

Communication is great with everybody in the company.But we are disappointed that we have to bring up flaws.We chose to have the header boxes on top of the windows which meant that the guide rails would be sitting on the wall leaving the bottom of the guide rails exposed.At the bottom of the guide rails, there were rough edges and splinters that still needed to be filed down.I spoke to Peter and he suggested that Issa his technician would rectify the problem.Then yesterday 19/9/24 as it was very windy, all day we heard a lot of loud rattling coming from one of the shutters.It did not matter whether it was all the way up, half way up or all the way down, the rattling was still there.
So far, we haven't had any issues with the other 3 shutters that were installed by Issa.We are hoping that we won't in the future.
