I have unit in the Oceanside, CA location and besides the staff being professional and the location really works well for me, the facility feels safe and so far the pricing seems fair. I have had my unit over three years and remain satisfied for sure. I recently received offers for other units in other locations and feel my spot is still my option for storage.

I have had the same storage unit for over 25 years. I inherited this storage from a family member who passed away. When I had to start making the payments in my name the office team was really helpful in making that transition smoothly.

I had no idea renting a storage unit could be such a pleasant experience. I originally spoke with Delecia who I believe was not in my area, but helped me navigate the website and explained in detail what size unit I might need, explained the pricing, etc. When it came to actually making the rental I called the local location and spoke with Stevie, a wonderful woman that was equally as helpful and very pleasant to talk with. She gave me some additional pointers on the storage size and how I might use extra space because I had intended on doing lots of sorting and eliminating. When I finally moved my first load in, I spoke with Rosa, who handled multiple people at once brilliantly, making sure each one of us knew we were her top priority. She got me squared away with the specific unit and even walked me to the location and showed me how to open the rollup door and how to attach the padlock.
You know if you have one good experience there's a chance it was a fluke, but to have three consecutive good experiences I feel very comfortable with my decision to rent my storage unit was security public storage.

This is for the security public storage in Sacramento on Stockton blvd! Their staff is always so amazing and helpful I have never had an issues. They are great I’ve been using them for many many years ! Highly recommend
