Hello Tristan, this review has just been brought to my attention. The despatch weights of this order suggested that the product was complete, however I my staff did offer to send you replacement screws and keys no problem at all. We accepted the return back at your request, in line with our returns policy and of course your statutory rights. However, the cover was returned with drill holes in two places, making it non returnable as it had been adapted and was no longer fit for resale. I offered to return it to you at our cost, along with extra screws and keys. You declined, swore at my staff and screamed down the phone making one of my staff cry. The call was escalated to myself and when I spoke to you I calmly asked you to refrain from swearing and shouting at me so I could help you, after a warning was ignored I politely ended the phone call. You told me you were taking the matter to the small claims court, which you initiated and never proceeded with after I submitted the evidence to the courts, your cover is still next to my desk, if you still require this I am happy to return it to you. I will always look after my customers as our long history of good reviews are testimony to, however I will not have my lovely staff reduced to tears and take abuse and threats. I'll take this one bad review for the team.
