Company was initially responsive... then completely ignored all text messages and calls. Impossible to reach for over 4 weeks... would not trust them to deliver something end to end... will likely disappear

Getting quotes to install an EV charge point for my flat was ridiculously difficult until I discovered SED.

This was not a standard install as I needed a trench dug across the car park and a free-standing mounting pole installed next to my dedicated parking space.

Most of the usual EV charge point installers won’t touch groundworks, leaving you to arrange the digging of the trench and subsequent filling in. Doing this is full of hassle and risk.

SED did a turnkey installation - groundworks and EV charge point installation. The cost was about the same as using Octopus for the charge point and a local builder to do the digging etc but was completely hassle free. SED were also about half the cost of another specialist installer.

The installation was booked for the following week. The crew were very friendly, helpful and efficient. The block paving across the car park was relaid very well. The Easee One charger looks good on the wooden mounting pole.

I have a lovely charger - all I need now is my car - due in a few weeks.

I would certainly recommend SED for a non standard charge point install.

Having had lots of problems with another charger, I eventually contacted SED EV Charging to install an alternative. I cannot be happier! Amina was amazing and a real pleasure to deal with. After contacting her the charger was installed and fitted within 24 hours the charger. Thank you very much!!

Being new to electric cars, SED were most helpful in how they were able to help me in getting the right decision of how to switch to an EV. Very good experience with Tesla EV charging installation today. Thanks to Amina for arranging appointments for video call inspection and installation quickly. Thanks to Sean, did a quick video survey and advice given for changing my fuse. Thanks to Tommy and Brooks who visited today for installation. Both of them are very friendly, informative and completed the work quickly. The work is neat and clean as well.

I had an Easee EV charger fitted over a year ago by SED EV charging. I was happy with the instillation. The workmanship was very professional. I was very happy with the EV charger until it stopped working.
I contacted Sean he looked into the problem and made the decision to replace the robot. The two young men who repaired the charger were as before professional, polite and helpful. I would definitely recommend them to friends and family.

Sed Ev Charging fitted an EASEE charger in my garage they were very helpful explaining that I would have to upgrade my main fuse box to 100A and sent me a link to start the process. They were quick and reliable and installed the charger on the day they said they would

I had a Tesla EV charger installed today from SED EV Charging, all I can say is that I am extremely pleased with the result and with the professionalism of the staff that did the installation.
They took care not to cause any disruption in the house.
They were also very quick to book an appointment, only one week when I was getting quoted for 1-2 months ahead from other installers.

I couldn't be happier with the service and I would gladly book them again for any future electrical work that I may need.

I needed a Tesla Gen 3 Wall Connector EV Charger installed. SED EV Charging not only are knowledgeable (several other companies didn't even know that a ground rod or equivalent needed to be installed!!), but communication with Amina was great. The work was carried out really fast and to a high standard and was very pleased with the whole experience up to the point of installation.

However it was a real hassle getting my NICEIC Certificate - multiple emails were ignored and when they promised to send it, it never arrived. Eventually when they did send it, it had the wrong EV charger on it! It was finally rectified but this whole fiasco really spoiled what would otherwise have been a great experience.

I had my EV charger installed by SED EV Chargers. I would highly recommend them any day as an extremely professional organisation who provide excellent service. From the moment they responded to my online request, they worked with me to visit my place, review the options and provided me with a quote all
in a timely manner. This was followed up with an installation within an acceptable lead time (when most other installers were not responding or were quoting months for an appointment). The team led by Sean recommended EASEE Charger and I am indeed pleased to have gone with this recommendation. On the installation day, the technicians turned up on time and carried out a clean job.
