I placed an order and after chasing for 6 weeks because it wasn’t delivered was eventually delivered wrong!
Was promised a correct one would be delivered.
Never happened!
Then asked for a refund- never happened!
You try to support a small business - it is extremely disappointing when they not only get the order wrong but then fail to rectify it or even contact me. £33 lost!
Any issues with this company and you just get ignored.
Customer service is shocking.

Great products, very easy to use and the scented ones smell lovely.
We use them on an almost daily basis on our competition and livery yard and the horses socks look amazing for competition days.

We came across See Change Now at Hickstead. I thought I would give it ago, and was absolutely amazed at the results!! It not only cleans white socks or grey horses brilliantly well, it also clears up any skin condition and it’s SO easy to use!!
We also use it on our dogs and it really helps their coats and again, no fumbling around with bottles and tops- won’t use normal shampoo again!! Fantastic product, that I am so pleased I decided to buy!!

This product has been wonderful to stop my itching skin through cancer treatment. My horse is yet to be washed in it lol! Great product and when a delivery glitch happened wonderful customer service. Well worth trying out these products on horse, dog or human!

Amazing for the dogs and horses, smells amazing and leaves their coats soft and shiny. Has cleared up ponies dermatitis, coat was beautiful to clip (first clip of the season) with super healthier skin after using the product for more than 4 months. Her skin was better before then but this was her first clip. Having used other shampoos for greys for over 5 years and her hair had got coarser and coarser, it was amazing to find a product that softened her hair after the first wash. So many benefits for her skin and coat! Thank you 😊

I first purchased a bar at the national equine show for our cob who gets very flaky skin in his feathers. It has cleared that up within 2-3 uses and is now our go to for washing everything!
I suffer from scalp psoriasis and thought I would give it a go on me, and it's the most soothing shampoo bar I have ever used, so it's a double win and repeat order for us.

Purchased the dog and horse bars at Badminton this year. My black lab loves it - no rolling in the grass after, quick and simple and her coat is so soft too. Great for getting rid of dreaded fox poo which is mainly when she has to have a shower! For the horses, I have a bay and a coloured cob and they also love it - they get a great massage from the bar as I use it on them and my cobs white legs, mane and coat come up brilliant white with very little effort - it's incredible. Best of all, it's not messy to use like shampoo, leaves coats and hands soft, reduces waste and is good for the environment. I will not go back to 'traditional' shampoo - I have recommended it to 5 friends and family members who have also bought it and love it too. Well done!! A product that works, smells wonderful and is kind to the planet - I will be returning when my bars (eventually) run out. Thank you.

I will never use horse shampoo again!
Having bought my first see change bar several months ago I am now a total convert. I was never someone who used much shampoo on their horses because I didn't like using what is essentially a detergent on their delicate coats and the resulting scurf. But the See Change bars in their little bags are completely different. Just wet the bag and massage into the coat. Ideal for post exercise refresh or with a bit more scrub clean manes and tails and get show sparkle. I bought a bar for a friend with a grey and a palamino and she is delighted with the results.

Found this product at RWHS, as great as the lady said it was. Have purchased refills since and the dog bar. Highly recommend ⭐️
